When Vladimir Putin arrived there was a red carpet with girls in costumes handing him flowers.

Afterwards they showed how Vladimir Putin was greeted in Germany. Again the red carpet, but this time there were German honor guards lined up on both sides...

As for the loud mouth O'Reilly, he wants to hold on to his job. FOX is corporate owned, so he's going along with the propaganda machine. It's the only network that Trump will appear on because they do have some honest announcers. ..O'Reilly is not one of them.

There are also loads of well trained and well armed militia who back him... as well as over 100 Generals.
