Russian pranksters reported that on behalf of the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman had a conversation with a member of the US House of Representatives from California, Maxine Waters, telling her that Russian hackers interfered in the electoral system of the Limpopo.

It's amazing how stupid the US Congress. They deal with issues of foreign policy did not know the geography. It is amazing. It is like doing heart surgery without knowledge of medicine.

Limpopo does exist. This iis a river in southern Africa, as far as I know. The same name was taken for his fictional country by Korney Chukovsky the author of this wonderful book for children. I read this book being child. Aibolit is the good doctor who loves children and animals and who struggle with the evil pirate Barmaley. Prank is really funny if you know the characters of the book.
