I can only tell that in life I saw also more surprising coincidence therefore I won't risk to draw a conclusion about evil intention here. Certainly, it can exist. But can and isn't exists. I can't estimate reliability. There are those two other cases which I have mentioned — they are indirectly connected.

When Bill Clinton and Madeline Albright decided to break up Yugoslavia for geo political reasons, they had to arouse the Americans to get their support... so in typical Saul Alinsky fashion, made the victims the perpetrators, and the perpetrators the victims. So where the KLA terrorist organization was killing Serbs forcing them to leave Kosovo, they flipped it around in the propaganda networks, and had them blame the Serbs for genocide towards the Albanians.

Clinton's network CNN was paying the Albanians $5 for each time they were shown leaving Kosovo in front of the Camera. It never stopped, they kept showing it from morning until night and each and everyday.

Clinton then went against the UN veto and invaded Serbian territory, bombing Belgrade for 78 days and killing thousands. When the investigative reporter Seymour Hersch looked into it, he found no genocide, and the Albanians they did find and use as evidence were killed during the bombing of Belgrade and not before.
