CNN & others blocked from white House Gaggle

The White House banned the BBC from the gaggle too.
If you can show me a less partisan news organization than the BBC, please post a link.

 

A whole gaggle of media folks representing broadcast, radio, and print, including the msm, were admitted. This is actually more than are normally invited to an informal press pool. So CNN's report that they were singled out for the cause of supression is not true. But go figure, they do that a lot regarding Trump. They can't help themselves.

A Google search of the BBC and anti-Semitic only brings up Breitbart articles.

I know when a network is spinning the news, and Fox does it too at times. It's not so much whether news networks ever spin the news, but the degree that they do, and the level to which they'll sink to support a candidate. CNN, by choice, passed that degree and sank below the level that should be maintained if it is to be respected as a news organization. In this past election cycle, CNN went "all in" for Hillary Clinton, forsaking all else, including journalistic ethics. CNN is still competent at reporting a tornado or other natural disaster, but when they discuss national politics, they are not reporting news, they're propagandizing. No one can deny that and claim to be intellectually honest. Everybody respects their First Amendment right, but that doesn't mean we must sympathize with a propaganda organization, nor does it mean Trump needs to have it in the White House. That seat can easily be filled by someone else, and whatever happens in the briefing will be duly reported to all of us, regardless of whether or not CNN is there.

Nothing is being censored. The media can still say and report what they want.

CNN is totally free to broadcast whatever it wants. And, they can find out what happens in those gaggle briefings the same way as any other broadcaster who isn't invited to them. It's all on the record. Besides, the seat they used to occupy can just as easily be occupied by a news organization, can't it? Meanwhile, CNN can still serve the Democratic Party just as they have without anyone inhibiting their right to do so whatsoever.

The press is not being banned. They can still report if they aren't there. Just like smaller outlets around the county.

Trumps loves the 1st Amendment, no one loves the First Amendment more than he does. The freedom to speak out applies to ALL of us, not just the whiny self-entitled brats in the front row.

Trump should adopt the "whiny brats go to the back of the room" rule.
