a Budget.He did not submit a Budget,vote on a Budget or Pass a Budget.
Obama did present { Late } his Presidential Budgets.2 years of which
not a single Senator voted for.

the Democrats.So he is responsible for any False Promises in relation to Social Security
Or Medicare.Obama his last 3 years in office Denied COLA's for Social Security
