Yes I finally heard her mention it and go into the most defensive utter conjecture and supposition about his finances none of which this showed at all and she has no evidence,

But she DID repeat herself and went on about how NOW they know how to get this information and to send it in to her. THAT could make it a crime, she is soliciting illegal acts and urging people to obtain this protected information and send it to her and she ain't being sarcastic or joking.

Well first it wasn't a criminal investigation, the FBI does that. But she did commit a crime in front of them when she perjured herself.

You do know the DNC and RNC are not supposed to support one candidate over the other or assist a candidate during the primary.

Congress has no police powers, at that point it's up to the Attorney Generals and the last two of them were both Obama puppets. You may see one soon.

Again, all due respect but nothing you said here provides even a shred of proof. Its all accusation. And witness' are only a very small part of anything that Hillary ever was investigated for. In ALL of it, she was never found guilty of anything. And Comey...c'mon, the same Comey the right was fawning over the week before the election when he said he was "re-opening the investigation into Hillary' (while being curiously silent on the Trump investigation they had going.....THAT Comey ?

She didn't need the headstart....she won the Primary by the vote. Now if you want to talk about the vote being biased by the DNC, then I would agree with you. The Superdelgate thing is a mute point. Those delegates are not controlled by the DNC. The right has them too, so again, you cant hold one to a different standard

Look Blues, I agree that the Tarmac thing looks real bad, and as I said before I am NOT a Hillary fan. But the pragmatist in me says that Bill has no power over the AG, so how does he force her to do anything ?

Please tell me you see the Irony in that statement ?

Hillary has never been tried, and thus never found guilty or not guilty. It also means she can still be charged and tried at any point in the future.

So does the private email server which contained classified information. So does the $12 million from Morocco and the $1 million from Qatar and the smashing of her cells phones and refusal to turn over emails to the FBI and the firing of employees during Travel-gate, hiding critical files that later turned up with her fingerprints on them, and the DNC rigging the election so she could be the nominee and then hiring the disgraced President of the DNC after she was fired... oh, "stepped down"..... The IT people she employed all pleading the fifth... her attorney and Loretta Lynch being allowed to be present during an FBI questioning of her involvement in illegal matters....

Hillary has a trail a mile long of scandal and activity that should have landed her in jail. Hillary and her husband her just above the law. Corruption at it's finest.

That may be true, but again with the Irony (see: Jeff Sessions) ;)

You don't understand how a congressional investigative committee works. They DO use the FBI. Although they are not a criminal invetigation, they use the FBI to do the investigation and searches for evidence. Once they come to their conclusions they take those conclusions to the FBI (ala the email scandal) and THEY determine if they want to prosecute

Again, all due respect, but you could not be more wrong. Both the RNC and the DNC are private entities and are not parity bound among their candidates. They hold NO power ovet the election process, but they are privately held therefore they can do as they please with their candidates

If they had the evidence, they would try her, but they dont have it. There has never been enough evidence to even formally charge her.

I can't believe that I am having to defend Hillary Clinton. Im not a supporter of hers at all, but what I cant do is sit back and watch falsehood after falsehood replicated over and over with no real basis in fact.

Facts should drive your decisions, not emotion or ideology

Maybe the new POTUS and his bulldog will "find some evidence." It's all there.

Oh, and the DNC was exposed colluding with the Hillary campaign to prevent Bernie from winning the nomination. Not a crime, but it cost her the presidency.

They did have evidence. Her friend, Loretta Lynch did not prosecute and protected her. The fact is, she has been above the law and the American people know it.... It's a very big reason she lost the election. Had she won, she would have been impeached because they would reopen the Clinton Investigation.

Probably the returns were leaked by Trump since it was probably the only year he actually made money.

Yet we were told daily for an entire year she had a lock on it. Right up until November 9th. Maybe it's the source that is lying to us.

And they even cheated to make sure the one person who couldn't beat Trump, won!

NBC News Pissed at MSNBC For Keeping Tax "Scoop" Secret from Parent Network, and Then Totally Clowndrilling Themselves on Live TV

It's embarrassing to them. Rachel Madcow held up a mirror to the media, and they didn't like what they saw. Because it wasn't a mirror, it was just a mirror's frame with the mirror removed, so they were looking at Rachel Madcow's cashew head rictus.

"[MSNBC president] Phil Griffin was trying to undermine [NBC News president] Noah Oppenheim. There was never a conversation. They overplayed their hand in a huge way."

Host Rachel Madcow teased the story on Twitter, then withheld the story till later in her program, revealing in a big anticlimax that Trump paid $38 million in taxes in 2005. "It's their cable network, but it's still NBC News. [NBC] did not appreciate being kept in the dark... To hype such a big story and not really deliver is a bit embarrassing. Airing a story you’ve hyped 20 minutes into your broadcast makes it a lot less of a 'breaking news' story."

These people have very distorted conceptions of themselves as "reality based" and seeking only "empirical truth" and not "alternate facts." They like pretending themselves to be this way even as they eagerly speculate about this conspiracy theory or that hypothetical scandal.

But when one them goes too far and reveals them for what they are, they feel a collective prick of their inflated egos, and have to distance themselves from that person, to maintain the fiction that they're different than that.

They're not different than that, of course. Check out Andrew Klavan noting how the rest of the left-wing media is eager to relay the same sort of silly fictions as Maddow.

    But they do like preening.

    It most certainly does.
Tell me who at the State Dept.office of legal counsel and cyber security approved her use of the private shadow server for all her emails?
Do you know who is Webb Hubble and what he told his wife over that prison phone?
Do you know who is Susan McDugal and why she went to a federal prison?
How did those billing records end up in the most protected dining room in the country?
Have you ever even read Robert Rays final report?

Yes Comey go reread or listen to his testimony to Congress especially the questioning by Chaffetz and Gowdy as they run through the litney of wrong doing.

Well obviously she did else Sanders wouldn't have come close to beating her. I mean Bernie Sandefs who wasn't even a Democrat gave her a good run had it not been for the DNC throwing their weight behind her and then she lost to of all people Trump.

It doesn't just look bad it is typical Clinton SOP bad. They have been doing this stuff since their days in Arkansas and they are expert lawyers at doi g this and protecting themsleves while others fall on their swords.

Ahh I understand exaftly how they work and already stated correctly how they work and not only do they use the FBI report they also have their own investigators which they can use although limited in scope. And they would take their conclusions to the DOJ and the AG would decide what to do.

    So what's your point?

NOT during the primaries, they are not to favor one candidate for their nomination over any other they are to be neutral. And that is one of the reason Wasserman-Schultz resigned her emails showed she was and her DNC was actively supporting Clinton.

    From the Huffington Post
Debbie Wasserman Schultz And The DNC Favored Hillary Clinton Over Bernie Sanders. Where’s The Outrage?

After the DNC WikiLeaks emails, The Nation’s Joshua Holland acknowledged the DNC “came to loathe Sanders’s campaign,” however “there’s no evidence that they rigged the primaries.” Nothing exemplifies the amnesia of Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s various claims of impartiality, or the relevance of such neutrality to the Democratic process, better than Holland’s sentiment. The facts show that the Democratic Primary was rigged against Bernie Sanders from the start, despite numerous promises from the DNC to remain impartial.

Schultz stated months before her resignation that “I have been from the beginning, neutral in the Presidential Democratic primary.” From the debates until her resignation, everyone (including Debbie Wasserman Schultz) knew that Democratic voters expected a level-playing field and a fair primary. Hundreds of millions of dollars were donated from voters who believed the system wasn’t biased against Bernie. However, where’s the outrage from progressives, and especially progressive media that Bernie Sanders was cheated?

    http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...c-favored-hillary_us_57b365a4e4b0b3bb4b0800bd

So ahhhhh who couldn't be more wrong again?

Again when the key witnesses refuse to testify or the prosecutors grant them all immunities and then don't even investigate key provisions, like the perjury before the congressional committee makes it kinda hard to prosecute. When the AG is being solicited in secret meetings how does that tip the scale? When they hide or destroy evidence makes it just a wee bit difficult wouldn't you say?
