People are also forgetting that no one wanted him last year before he started kneeling. The niners were not asking for much but no one wanted him. Film dont lie. He has poor vision and no pocket presence. If you take him its as a backup to mentor a younger QB and he doesnt know enough about the game to do that

Yes, I stated this earlier. However, after his 20 TD season he looked promising in the pocket. It was only that one season though. He has a problem staying healthy because he's a runner. Hardly can do a 16 game season. Not to mention he brings SO much attention to whatever team he goes to because of his hissy fit.

The NFL doesn't care about public perception of a player's character (well most team ownership doesn't there are exceptions) but they DO care that someone has a good enough skill set to overcome being an asshat. If you aren't a franchise worthy player, you aren't afforded a long leash in the league. Aside from embarrassing the 49's organization, Kap apparently is a cancer in the locker room. No team wants a player like that, particularly at the quarterback position, one of leadership. He's just not good enough considering his baggage.

TO was a jerk that hurt teams in the locker room, but was the best WR in the league during his prime. When it came to football, he was a pro. He was always in shape, he always worked hard, and it showed on the field. His career fell apart when he started to slide a little and was no longer the uncoverable WR. Then he wasnt getting as many balls, started whining to the media, and causing issues on the sidelines. His career came to abrupt end when he did that.

AP is good, 7x Pro Bowler for a reason but he's also incredibly injury-prone, moreso than Kaep. In his entire career there were only 4 seasons where he played all 16 games, and 2 of his last 3 seasons he missed a lot of time, though the 2014 season was due to off the field problems.

How Pacman got as many chances as he did was ridiculous.

    Kaperdick is washed up, finite.
A skinny kid with a bad hair cut that no one wants around them or their franchise,
football fans are by and large conservative, America loving, flag flying patriots.
    This clown is bad energy

There was also this moment. Not sure how many 'Boys fans are in here or who remembers this event.

He's not a quarterback. Quarterbacks are held to a higher standard. That is in part why they make the most money. The one thing you want in a 30 year old backup QB is that they are a professional. Kapernick is not a professional.

Really, because his on-the-field demeanor as well as off the field seems composed, stable and level-headed for the most part. Jay Cutler, Philip Rivers, Cam Newton, even Tom Brady have all had their bouts of whininess or unprofessional demeanors, some of them well publicized.

Seems the professionals disagree with your assessment. I am struggling with who to believe them or you....

Kaepernick has only played 2 full seasons I believe. And he's protected by a line!

And Jay Cutler is having a hard time finding a job too. A backup QB is to be seen not heard.

I hope you are not backing this traitor, and instead are just offering up argument that he is still football worthy.

Kaperdicks shortcomings have a deeper meaning than the "unprofessional demeanor" by those you mention.
His is sickening, his disdain cuts to the heart of our most sacred of beliefs.
That people have died defending that flag, defending their loved ones at home while duds like him got to play football and bank millions of dollars, he had the fruit of kings,
    playing a game.
while defenders of the flag gave the ultimate sacrifice for the pennies we pay them.

    he's done, no longer welcome

All starting QBs. A team will put up with a hell of a lot more from a starter than they will a backup at any position.

Not seeing him live at a game, seeing next to nothing of him on TV, thanks to cable and the big powers over TV, where one must pay much more to see games on ESPN and wade through a myriad of unwanted channels, I refused to pay.

But at times I did see him play live. Colin to begin with made his mark running. Those long galloping strides made it difficult for defenses to cope. Because of that, when he did throw, in general if you can get the ball close enough, the receiver ought to catch the ball. Defenses concluded to stop him, they had to solve both problems and by all appearences they did. Colin never got good at hitting the very close shots. Receivers encountered problems when he threw too far for them to catch. Alex Smith who was traded was doing an outstanding job prior to his injury that opened the door for Colin. Even great awesome QBs encounter problems. The greatest find a way to get the job done often enough to have a chance to go to the Super Bowl. Colin may never smell the Super Bowl again.

By teams shunning him, he is being sent a message.

You are either the starter or you aren't. Teams aren't going to keep a miscreant around for distractions if they aren't producing anything. Too many incoming new draft choices will unemploy him for a lot less money. Rather than invest big money in a backup, they'll draft someone in lower rounds and try and develop them. Kaepernik wasn't drafted himself until the 2nd round. I think Brady was way down in the 6th round.

The NFL saw a decrease in viewers this past season, and if anti-American players spur the trend to another season it would only make sense for teams to shut them out.

It was an 8% drop, that is significant and anyone who thinks that open and blatant anti-American antics played no part would be foolish. I know Goodell blames part of it on the election, but that wouldn't account for the week by week decreases that were seen as the election only had a few events that conflicted with game times/dates...

Kaep hasn't been around nearly as long, and some of the seasons he was sitting in favor of someone else, I think it was Alex Smith who was starting in his rookie year before he got benched, then Kaep got hot and eventually Smith got shipped off to Kansas City. Looking back at it, he seemed to be far more effective under Harbaugh than anyone else.
