    Trump is on wife #3, and she is a model. I don't see that this has much to do with culture, but rather how different people think. Lots of us are shallow - more so than we will admit publicly. Those who are very shallow may not settle for marriage to one person for very long because of such personal issues, or indeed may never bother to marry, but will behave as a playboy or playgirl instead. Culturally speaking, it seems you're complaining about people being accepting of this and embracing liberalism in the classic sense - living and let live. We are beyond expecting everyone to marry and live monogamously for life, although I think that we do still tend to look down on those who take the vows and then cheat. It's a violation of trust and breaking an oath to someone. It's also often enough breaking up a family. I don't see this changing much, and I certainly don't see a conspiracy to push people away from marriage. Again, it's just liberalism, acceptance of personal liberation and less of an expectation for everyone to marry and settle down.
