So you admit he has done stuff? I did not state what he did was beneficial, I merely stated that stating that he has done nothing is flat-out wrong.

    Too early to tell
Are you serious? It's only been a few months

It can be fairly rare to get any legislation passed in the first 100 days of a presidency.

    Bason on what?

    Laughable..

Please don't stop the crying anytime soon..

Even as someone who has never supported Trump, I find these protests stupid to say the least. There's far better ways to mobilise social and political capital to provide real opposition to Trump's policies. This is just theatrical virtue signalling over a non-issue.

In terms of the shitty protests that accomplish absolutely nothing apart from pissing off people going about their daily lives? Yeah, they're having a negative effect on their own movement.

You said it! I can't wait for midterms! I hope we get all the seats. After that, the Liberal party (no longer democrats) will be one step closer to extinction. Down in flames, gotta love it. People are starting to wake up finally. This is probably the only good thing O'bummer accomplished in his 8 years of big government, lies, deceit and unconstitutional law; the total destruction of the Liberal party. Good riddance, it's time for the adults to clean up this mess as the children whine.

You need to follow your leader better...
"Donald Trump, who led a years-long movement to prove President Barack Obama was born in Kenya and thus ineligible to be president, abandoned that position in a speech in Washington Sept. 16, 2016.

"Hillary Clinton and her campaign of 2008 started the birther controversy," Trump said. "I finished it. I finished it. You know what I mean. President Barack Obama was born in the United States. Period. Now we all want to get back to making America strong and great again.""

How old are you? 13? 14?

    Donald Trump May 2016
"In interview I told @AP that my taxes are under routine audit and I would release my tax returns when audit is complete, not after election!"

You just hate us because we're so much like your beloved Tea Party with one exception, there are more of us.

Trump is President, not King, and along with the Republican Senators and Congresspersons are all together our EMPLOYEES, not our rulers. You can all be loyal minions all you like,(it seems a role you feel yourselves suited for and enjoy after all.) Many more of us think it's high time somebody said "You're fired" to this *******, for being insubordinate to his boss

First of all, you're assuming my political affilitation out of thin air. Not only was I against Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign (and still am against him), but I'm also not a supporter -- and never have been -- of the Tea Party movement.

I dislike these kind of protests about topics like this not because of some abstract desire to rally round the king, but because I see them as doing more harm than good for the movement. Political action from those who are against Trump should be doing its best to not only mitigate the worst of his policies, but also to provide viable alternatives that can win the hearts and minds of the American public. Pissing said public off during their day-to-day life doesn't achieve that. Aid work, for me, takes precedence over glorified virtue signalling.

Once again, proof positive from his own mouth that Trump is a LPOS. How much longer can this go on? To his followers, does the fact that he hates the same people as you do excuse EVERYTHING?

Look, I don't care about his taxes and even less about his expensive vacays. Hell, I'd be willing to pay twice that if he's just stay on leave FOREVER, and do absolutely nothing.

This is a visibility thing. It's being done as much to show how many of us hate Trump a whole lot as much as anything else. To hear the Trumpistas tell it everyone in the USA decided to deport all Hispanics, kill all Muslims and jail the sick and old once the Electoral College went in Trump's favor on November 8. We have to let people know that isn't so.

There are two very large and vocal groups opposing Trump in just the way the Tea Party opposed the Democrats. One, Indivisible, has been mentioned as instrumental in letting Congress know there was widespread opposition to canceling Obamacare, opposition which the Congresscritters had better listen to

OK you're not in the Tea Party, (good for you) but this is a lot like the Tea Party for Liberals and few are denying the original Tea Party had some effect.

Unless you are a corporation or a Russian, I don't see how you have benefited at all.
You could be happy with the newest member of the Supremes, but that's about it.
I work in a factory, I have seen nothing even remotely beneficial for the Middle Class.

As am I. A good job is a good job.
If that is the case, then I certainly understand your loyalty.
    You stated that very well.
    Thanks for posting.

It has everything to do with Trump easing regulations..

First year of all expenses paid training I can expect to make 50-60k
2nd year likely 75-100k+ and the sky is the limit if I can learn like I think I can...

    Foot in the door oilfield..

I wish you the absolute best of luck in your factory work and truly believe that Trump has your best interest in mind..
Your case may not see as immediate of a benefit but it should come with Trump's corporate tax changes and repatriation of capitol also because of Trump's tax ideals, and trade deals..
    Hang in there..

We want to know what exactly our president is hiding. If he is such an upstanding guy and an incredible business man then he would just release them and shut everyone up. I mean, if he's going to let congress hack up our internet privacy then this is the least he could do.

    OP

'Nothing to hide, nothing to fear' as the saying goes? I find myself wondering why the establishment doesn't force him to publish and be damned, as it were? Perhaps there's been a 'mutual arrangement of convenience'? Hmm, hold that thought!

Right, and in providing vocal opposition to the repeal of Obamacare they won a major victory, mostly off the back of a divided and frankly useless Republican Party right now. That doesn't change my point about these protests regarding his tax returns, however. It seems like a complete waste of political energy that would be far better off funneled into opposing other aspects of his changes, such as lobbying Congressmen and women to end their green lighting of environmental deregulation. Acting through simple legal channels isn't just what's needed either. On the ground work supporting the families of those facing deportation, for example, would go a long way towards the stated goals of the anti-Trump movement.

I believe we're doing all those things but we are, in the end, a political movement. We do some things for pure visibility, just to let Trump and the Congress know we're there and we're pissed. Protesting Trump's not revealing his tax returns is part of larger protests against his tax policies in general.

Some people protest on saturday, others do some yard work. My lawn looks great!

These people really can't find anything better to do?
