So the Southern white men were to continue doing field work while be black slaves were going to be doing factory work and neither the whites or the blacks would get paid for their labor. Those slave owners were some smart cookies. Everyone but them were slaves.

Many people that claim to be Christian don't know what being a Christian means. The Christian Church of the Bible does not condone slavery. Once again, the abolitionists were the authentic Christians.
