The majority of mainstream reporters are registered Democrats. That doesn't stop them from writing hit pieces about the Republicans. A great many advocate for gun control. None on the left question the conflict of interest when they badmouth the NRA. So, a columnist who supports the NRA defends them and gets fired and suddenly they're screaming "conflict of interest." They are utterly pathetic.
Donna did not come out with a disclaimer....she was caught lying to the nation cheating with Mrs Clinton. See how easy that was? Mr Vegas, did you know that every time you start a thread wanting to violate 2A a rifle is purchased in your honor all over this wonderful country? Thank you for last years record sales.
I don't believe that at all. She declared she does not work for the NRA. She reports on them. And she has been doing it for quite some time. http://stacyontheright.com/

I agree. But journalists seldom admit their personal bias, and they are not called out for hiding it. Pretending to be unbiased and objective is what modern journalism is all about. "Most Journalists, of course, don't like to think of themselves as *anybody's* advocate, but that's most likely because advocacy of elite interests comes so easily that it scarcely seems like bias at all." Jonathon Cohn, quoted by James Fallows in "Breaking The News," at p. 79. (emphasis Cohn's)
Frankly such posts get judged more for the call to restrict freedom than for actual informative purposes.
Yes, we all did. We will go through the entire damn article and see where she was a co-anchor of NRA TV. Defending the NRA does not mean you are an NRA member. Again, defending the NRA doesn't mean you are an NRA member. I guess if the local TV station talks with a star player from one of our local sports teams, that player is then a co-anchor? Suuure. And if Robberson works for a newspaper, he can't talk about people in the newspaper industry because that would be a conflict of interest. He would be biased.
