1) Just because a claim can not be proven false ( God exists for example) does not make that claim true. "Non Sequitur" "It does not follow"

2) In this case your claim has been shown to be false. Human life exists prior to the conception. Without the sperm (human life) conception can not happen. (metabolic perspective).
