Al Qur'an doesn't really lay out any rules for whores such as Mrs Trump and has nothing to say about her previous career as a port star slapper.
As a non Muslim she's quire free to get her tits out for cash, a low level bit of prostitution.
I don;t believe the Catholic church condones harlots such as her but I understand they prefer their women not to flash off in dirty mags.
Their priests tend not to say too much because most seem to prefer sex with young boys so are likely less than interested in women.
