Yeah, I read the OP. This part struck me.

When this story broke, I tuned to all the major cable news sources. Not soo surprised to find that some were not covering the most important story of the day. It's what you don't see that can hurt you.

Considering there are a few posters here who know me from another board, they all know this to be true. It doesn't concern me that you don't believe me. Meh.

The top story of the last week? Where does it say that? It says "Top Stories", and nothing about "last week".

I posted earlier than MSNBC - starting with Greta and going on to their update report on the half hour - reported all of that about the arrests of his family members and the possibility of a cell in Manchester. I'd suggest reading my posts from earlier as I was watching MSNBC.

Yeah, nobody cares about the President of the United States. They should sit in front of the television hoping to hear about....what again? What has MSNBC and/or CNN not reported?

Or they could go to Breitbart or Hannity and hear about the last candidate for President who lost the election 7 months ago. That's relevant.

If you don't like MSNBC, which I get - because much of their shows are as trashy as the Fox opinion shows - then don't watch them. You can get your news about the Manchester tragedy from BBC which is constantly reporting on it - it happened in Great Britain. The BBC is a great source.

I'll bet you can't name a single victim from Manchester. Don't bother Googling to try to prove me wrong. All of you who are weeping because CNN and MSNBC is not talking about it constantly don't care about those poor victims. You simply want to politicize it. The left did the same thing when there were tragedies. You partisans are sad.

We learned a lot about the bomber's family today. I actually learned about them from Greta at 6:00 and the news update at 6:30 on MSNBC. All about his brother and the pictures of the family home and his father and how they suspect there may be a terror cell in Manchester and how many other people - men and women - who have been arrested and/or detained. What did they miss that happened today? In the morning, they were discussing May's statement and how she is going to put armed policemen on the streets and so on.

You still aren't saying what news about Manchester CNN and MSNBC have not carried.

Russia and the President of the United States is news. I know you're fixated on the "real news" from Manchester. I guarantee you don't know the name of a single victim. Please try to sell your supposed concern to someone else. Unlike you, I don't use the deaths of innocent children to try to slam a few news networks that drive me insane. That's on you.

It does translate to Three Drunks, but I took my actual name from a racehorse called Tres Borrachos. That's him in my avatar. He was a pretty successful California based gelding who retired a few years ago. His three owners/breeders decided to name him after themselves - Three Drunk guys (Tres Borrachos). His name always amused me.

No worries mrlucky! I actually like it when people ask about my user name. It's a pretty funny name when you know the translation, and when you find out there was actually a race horse with the name, I think it makes it even better.

Thoroughbred race horses are my passion. I adore them to the end of the Earth, and I've been very active through the years in the rescue and rehabilitation of them. It's sad how many of them end up in the low ranks of racing and are abused and mistreated, only to find themselves in unpleasant situations. They are so beautiful - I think probably the most beautiful animals in the world.
