Well, of geography and politics. Also, it takes all of 5 seconds to look something up, rather than claim "gerrymandering." That, and I will admit I'm a bit frustrated with all of the ignorance I've been seeing around this board lately.

The "Get Whitey!" rules of the Obama Administration are clearly unconstitutional and go against the very founding principles of our Republic. I have it on very good authority, many former and present Officials, knowledgeable about these things, who speaking off the record, read to me out of a journal of someone else that was actually there, that when Obama signed the Tanning Bed tax into law, that he giggled like a fiend and called it the "Honkey Tax!"

A bit slow. You see it was Authorized in 2006, Biden, Obama and even Hillary all voted for it, BUT the authorization did not include APPROPRIATION, and unfortunately, Constitution states:

No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law;...

ARTICLE I, SECTION 9, CLAUSE 7

So, it's largely waiting on Congressional Appropriations, cuz, the Constitution's the Constitution, man!

 

The liberals are not going to be a part of any wave, except for losing even more across the country. Every election cycle we hear how they are going to win and they keep losing... the US House of Representatives, Senate, The Presidency, two-thirds of the state legislatures and nearly two-thirds of the governorships.

Their socialist message does not align with the beliefs of the majority of Americans. As they move further left, they are abandoning more of the country. If the message doesn't align with the beliefs of the majority of people in each district or state, they lose.

I believe they are imploding before our eyes.

 

Any politician who stands for giving control of the entire school budget to parents and guardians, and granting a provisional teaching credential to all college graduates allowing them to teach and form small independent schools will get the urban black American vote - and the teacher vote.

 

The DP lost the House and the Senate because the Democrats are even more repulsive to voters than the very repulsive Republicans.
Democrats have been losing for 4 election cycles - the stubborn jackasses never learn.

 

He has to at least propose and push for a real credible fix. If the RP Congress stops him from fulfilling that promise Trump should support primary challengers for every RINO blocking him.
