Yes, the question makes the assumption that "assuming that Jesus is all-powerful like the Bible claims", basically, but CHRISTIANS of course do go on that assumption (you and I don't, however.)

 

You've GOT to be kidding! You don't seem to realize that 72 virgins is a REWARD for waging Jihad against non-believers! Quite the reward, no! Also, they are rewarded by avoiding hell. Plus, they get into Paradise. In Paradise they get to be with the terrorist's #1 role model (Mohammad), and get "rivers of wine", and get boys with smooth skin that are "like pearls" (wink, wink, you can guess what THAT's all about - Michael Jackson was a Muslim, so at least he's got THAT going for himself.)

 

And of course all Christian soldiers know they will go to hell for violating the commandment that " Thou shall not kill" Give it a rest. Neither Religion is a religion of peace. And face truth, Christians have killed a lot more Muslims than Muslims have killed Christians in the last century.

I wouldn't call their tactics cowardly. It is a tactic of war that was used when we fought and won wars. WW2 was won because we broke the spirit of the enemy. We purposely bombed German and Japanese civilians. Wars can't be won and peace can't ensue until the civilian population is broken. Islamic terrorists understand this. And liberals/atheists don't.

Much of the Old Testement that you despise...advises on the necessity of defeating the enemy through defeating the civilians. It's the reality of war.

 

Then the OT is barbaric! We are better than the Bible - we should not target civilians on the Muslim side. We are better than the Christian god - we can live up to the ideals of Modern Secular Humanists. We love Muslims more than god/Jesus do, of course, because we'd let ethical Muslims into "heaven" if it was up to us, and let them avoid "hell" just for being Muslims.
If all fairness, there are Islamic texts that show that Mohammad was ok with civilians being killed in war, so MSH is better than Muslims, and Christians, both.

 

If we follow the barbarity of the Bible/Mohammad, then by killing those civilians we will create MORE terrorists, sure, very SHORT-term gains, but think about our children's and grandchildren's generations - THEY will have to fight Mohammad's minions too if we create more terrorists.
