    Sessions faces indictment for obstruction of justice into the Flynn investigation.

    So at the very least he needs to clam up under the 5th Amendment.

    Not at all! The intent of the BLOTUS is for Mueller to determine.

    That Sessions has already lied and perjured himself to Congress on the record already means that he will do so again so his testimony has zero credibility just as the BLOTUS has none either.

    Relying upon witnesses with zero credibility is not going to result in any indictment against Comey.

    On the other hand Mueller will be looking into evidence that might indict Sessions and the BLOTUS for crimes.

    There were already others calling for a Special Counsel long before Comey said anything at all.

    What were those "presidential directives at the time"?

    The illegal and unconstitutional waterboarding torture of prisoners?

    Those were not LEGAL "presidential directives" so defying them was the right thing to do in those circumstances.

    Because Comey hasn't decided on who'll publish his tell all, doesn't mean that the reports of Comeys shopping around, or the offers of $10 million on the table aren't true.

    Purely wishful thinking. Muellers team can spin their wheels on obstruction, but he'll have to recuse himself first. Ignore the fact that Sessions #2 can seek an indictment on Comey the instant Sessions refutes any portion of his testimony. Sessions will testify in a closed hearing as any prosecutor would insist upon, if the testimony would become evidence in a subsequent criminal trial. Mueller allowed Comey to testify publicly ... Sessions isn't.
