Trump says, "Racism is evil!" Calls out white supremacists/other hate groups

I don't want to criticize anybody unduly, including Trump, I just know his words won't last.
Sooner rather then later he'll find a suitable opportunity to counter his own statement, say something totally contradictory to today.
And then we on this forum and everywhere else will fall over each other again, condemning/not condemning/condemning him again for his words.
Bla bla bla. Same old, same old.
Just wait for it.

BUT THIS IS WHAT TRUMP DOES! He is all about creating division.

The more chaos the better! He doesn't care about people on his side, he wants people to turn to his side. (That means you and me.)

Of course he doesn't want to take a stand on racism, that would only limit his legion of followers. Trump wants people to turn to him in times of fear, chaos, violence, him not being seen as the
guilty party but as the savior of the nation.

Perhaps the ONLY reason he might have been persuaded to speak up today is to curb any immediate further violence. Not that he cares and his ''sincerity'' won't last.

Trump had 7 months as President. We know now what he is; an insidious liar.

I don't think Trump's a racist. I never did. He was a liberal for too long. What he is is someone who surrounds himself with some racists, like Steve Miller and Steve Bannon, in an effort to capture the vote of the paranoid racists who are probably still seething with anger about a (half) black man sitting in that office for 8 years. Gin up some good old hatred for Muslims and Mexicans, and you have 25% of the country thinking you're simply awesome.

 

Missing the message is why everyone else...including the person you voted for...lost. The Glorious Don knows how to win. As Hillary sez, don't be a sore loser.

Trump didn't say what the Trump-haters wanted him to say, in the way they wanted him to say it, at the time they wanted him to say it, with the proper tone and body language, therefore he is obviously a heretic...er, racist.
