Vegemite confuses my British self. A part of me thinks it's Austrlian for Marmite. Another part of me thinks it's its own thing that's related to Marmite. Another part wonders if it has noting to do with Marmite but, then those other parts sort of cancel this one out for me. I probably can buy Vegemite here in London at some speciality shop imported in. I went to once in 1990's here, got shown Yowie Chocolate from Cadbury's down in Australia (I was that young), but a family story about Vegemite and this place makes me pretty sure they had Vegemite. (Australian family 'born and raised' finding this shop in London for their Vegemite fix). Marmite is yeast in a jar (to me). I could if I wanted to, as I said, buy a jar of Vegemite and answer all my suspicions in a comparison eat in, but... I'm not really fussed, yet. Also, I don't buy Marmite... It's just salty and sticky to me.
I usually take multi vitamins but then people tell me it's a waste of money, but, IDK, I like the perceived benefits I get. I've been taking them since I was 25, and heavily when I was 28; so much so, people used to say I'd rattle walking down the street I had so much vitamins and supplements.
Well, I don't think it's healthy to overdo it with the vitamins. Too much is just as bad as too little.
