Maybe you can answer my question that nobody so far has been able to answer: If Kaepernick and crew want to protest police brutality, why don't they go on Saturdays to the police station where they can exercise actual freedom of speech and assembly (as opposed to at their place of work)? Or how about at halftime? Or at the pregame tailgate party? Why during the national anthem? Are they protesting brutality by the national police, which would be the FBI or maybe DEA, or possibly INS? I wonder if any of the players can answer.
I think it is not so much that Trump doesn't understand, I think the players have no clue what the hell they are doing or why.
