Commies always hated American flag, and they killed millions and millions of white Christians in Russia, but they are not demonised, like KKK, who killed a tiny percentage in comparusion to Commies.

had Trump said the NFL players were fine people, he just wished they woudl not do it during the anthem and left it at that, it woudl not of stirred up so much division

 

The division already exists, you cannot undo that fact by trying to talk it away.
A peaceful separation is better than a "marriage" that does not work.
Give the Black Americans a part of US Territory and let them create an own state with an own anthem and flag, and let them teach their black children their own version if history.
The White Americans should get the same rights for their ethnic group.
High fences make good neighbours, and Backs will not be able to blame their own problems on Whites any more, if they become responsible for themselves.
The other options are not peaceful, the process of disintegration of the USA, which cannot be stopped any more, may lead to a bloody Balkanisation, if a chance of peaceful separation is not used.

The NFL viewers don't know that, just look at their ratings. The left isn't into sports like the right. The right will go to what ever sport that supports their values.........NASCAR.

We know the kneelers are not standing up for the national anthem. We won't read their minds but they allege they believe the cops are low down dirty clowns. I don't think cops are like that.

And the truth is it's probably much less than 8 idiot "counter-protesters" out of 100 because the trajectory of ratings as been declining for a few years now. Probably due to cord cutting. So yeah there's probably a 2 or 3 redneck, anti-American buffoons out of every 100 who were real fans but decided to deny themselves a few hours of entertainment every week over a few seconds of peaceful protest. If it isn't about the flag, anthem and what they stand for, why then do they do it at that particular spot in the program? They are saying "not my flag, not my country". Why not take a knee during the kickoff and let the ball just lay out there someplace while these social warriors make their point? Why the timing?

 

They aren't saying that - YOU, my friend, DON'T get to define what they are saying. They have been quite up front about what they are saying in regards to the kneeling. That said, who gives a flying ****? Since when do we have to agree with the political bents of our entertainers? I can't stand Roger Waters' political leanings and I don't want to hear them in concert. But I love Pink Floyds music and it's the music that I'm consuming.

 

Agreed. The National Anthem was specifically chosen, not any other part of the game day activities.
