The problem, IMO, is cultural, not genetic. While it's true that culture is perpetuated because of skin tone, the fact remains we have enough racists on both sides who hate each other enough to keep the fires of hatred burning.

Racists, regardless of skin tone, are bad for our nation. I have no respect for them since, IMHO, they are against the core values of our nation and the Constitution of the United States of America.

Really, there's no particular place but if the average person is going to work or school or the mall the last thing they expect is to hear gunshots.

The mass shootings such as mandalay bay had no political motive which can be identified hence there is no need or reason to politicize it.

On the other hand whether they are minorities or not ISIS attacks are by definition political and ideological. Which means the attacker politicized it by launching the attack.

It is not about a minority status it is about a violent and war like ideology the followers of which have declared war on civilization specifically the west.

 

How many mass shootings have there been in Chicago this year where someone goes into a public place and starts randomly shooting? I can't find that stat or those stories on the internet.

 

I think it already changed once Columbine happened.
