Why can't black people pronounce the word "ask"?

Before you get angry at me, this is a video made by a black woman. Not a bit black or near brown, but she is actually black. I notice this going on as well. I recall a black I sold a home to who has a degree in nuclear physics. I think he had a masters but was working on his doctorate. His wife was also educated. And was a teacher. Here in CA, CA did not recognize her teaching credentials but back in her home state she had them and taught school.

Imagine having many chats with her and her husband, never hearing either use what is called Ebonics or black slang, he is talking to some blacks he hire to move him when I later sold his family home, I sold him the home and he called me back several years later asking me to sell it. I was aghast at how he spoke to blacks. He was talking Ebonics to them. i was too shocked to ask him why he resorted to murdering English.

Every time I talked to both of them. i enjoyed both very much. I was less educated than them. But they were exceptional care givers to their family and the home. It sold fast.

So what about the video you shall now see??. Is it too much to ask people to say AX when they chop down a tree and not when they want information?

Grow up, Robert. People have different speech patterns in this country. A Southern white male will have a different accent than a male from West Virginia. Your title is just a lazy and pathetic attempt to put all black Americans into some type of one-size-fits-all basket.

Thank you for the insult. i shall see if I can get down that low and repay you. Doubt that i will though.

This came from a black. She said the words, not me.

because 'ask' is a Nordic deity.

NORDIC PEOPLE: 1. of, pertaining to, or characteristic of a Germanic people of northern European origin, exemplified by the Scandinavians.
    2. having or suggesting the physical characteristics associated with these people, typically tall stature, blond hair, blue eyes, and elongated head ; 3. A native or inhabitant of Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, or Finland. https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AwrTHQgjTwtanxgABxFXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEyOWFlajI5BGNvbG8DZ3ExBHBvcwMxBHZ0aWQDQjQ0ODJfMQRzZWMDc3I-?qid=20090720192709AARfJzl&p=is nordic slavic

It's like the same as asking why 'Caucasion/'white'' People cannot pronounce the word 'Niger' properly....

I used to think that the words, 'ask' and 'Niger', were both English also...

However, ALL those in Europe pronounce each word 'correctly', regardless of skin color, I think. Even the 'Asians' that live in Europe pronounce those words correctly... :) Maybe the reason why is because Europe has much 'fewer' interpretations of words. A certain word means a certain thing .... If it is to be meant in a different way, they use different suffixes and prefixes with the core word to have variances.

For example. The word wait in English is used to mean wait for all things.

In Europe, however, there might be different forms of the word 'wait' depending on the situation.

I will wait for my letter to arrive.
Did the waiter 'wait' on you well?
    Wait, hold on.
How long are you going to wait until you leave?

All of these 'waits' are probably different 'root verbs'.. To wait...

Time to add one more of her videos. She was not born in America so she has an immigrant background.

She hits some of the key points.

That is actually common for California.

California as a state recognizes very few professionals who were trained in another state. And because of that, a great many states also do not recognize professionals from California.

One I know about first hand is the Nursing Licensure Compact. Composed of 25 states (26 in January when Florida joins), it states that a licensed nurse from any of the member states is recognized by all states. So an RN or LVN from Idaho can practice in Texas. And an RN from North Dakota can practice in Mississippi.

But California is not a member, and there has not been any legislation for decades to even try to join the Compact. The Union lobbies are to powerful, because they fear nurses from other states flooding into the area who do not want to join the Union. The other side fighting this is the education lobbies. They do not want people going to say Montana or Arizona to attend nursing school, where the schooling costs much less. If you want a California license, you must attend school in California.

This impacted my family because my wife got her nursing license in California. And when I was transfered to Texas, we found out her license was worthless there. So for the entire 5 years I was stationed there, she could not work.

And for California, that is pretty much the standard. Most attempts to join various professional cross-licensing programs have always failed because of the pressure from various lobbies. Most notably the education lobby.

We run into this as well as Real Estate Brokers and though I did not attempt to work out of state when a licensed appraiser, I would be shocked if other states accepted the CA appraisers license either.

Ca could be a place to do business but for our draconian laws that favor us selling out of state, even out of country.

Hate to tell you but most Americans mangle the English language

Try being an Aussie and having to translate

Listen up. My parents came from Oklahoma into California. I was called a prune picker as a child. Why? We were considered to be white trash. I have been all over the South. I need no lessons on how they speak. My heritage is from the South. Our earliest to settle in America settled in North Carolina. We moved clear to CA via Texas and Oklahoma, Arkansas and points east. I know a lot about dialects all over this country. I served with those types in the Army. i have researched our dialects of this nation including words used and tones used by locals. I noticed in the Army all over this land and including in Germany, our blacks have a rather consistent dialect and tone of voice.

Are you black? If so, why get offended?

Here it is the American language. Same as there where it is the Aussie language. We do not call each other mates unless on a ship. I doubt you call males blokes either.

What amuses me a lot is I posted a black woman making very bold comments so the reply back to me was to blame me for her video. Amusing how the Democrats/supporters think.

In a small town in the Atherton area of Queensland they all speak with a Scottish accent. Seems there was a primary school teacher there who stayed most of his life and taught generations of local children

Having a Scottish accent in Queensland does not make them different from the rest of the state

The black woman of the video did not bring that up. Nuzzle up to her on YouTube and tell her what is on your mind.

By the way, so are you telling me Blacks of Australia are exactly like your white men are? When you try to smack an American around, being here, living with our problems, allows you more expertise than you get from your distant continent.

No I am saying there is no such thing as race and when you stand off shore all Americans look and sound alike

Although I will grant that the Deep South accent has a distinct imagery of non firing neurones

You know Daniel, I find it annoying when I hear black people say Ax for ask and amblance for ambulance but I find it even more annoying when I hear white educated girls say "you guyses". It's not racial....it's just butchery and laziness.
