    LOL

Let me know when you plan to post something meaningful. Your style is a dime a dozen, with change back.

What about the fact that most of the men basically admit to doing it. They just didn't feel it was bad. But it was. What about them?

I totally agree. Now we are just waiting to see who's next. I wouldn't be surprise if it is quite a few more.

I would bet $$ there is. And obviously $$ and power can't save them.

I would say $$$ save quite a lot of them for a long time. Especially when both sides sign non-disclosure agreements. It's like that congresswoman from California pointed out, several members of congress used taxpayer's money to settle sexual harassment suits or claims. But since non-disclosure agreements were signed, names can't be named unless one or both sides of that non-disclosure agreement breaks it and comes forward to talk.

Paying money to get women to go away or to keep quiet has been going on forever.

LOL, a friend of mine when asked why he pays for sex with prostitutes replied that he wasn't paying for the sex. He was paying for the right to walk away a free man in the morning with all obligation fulfilled.

"Sexual Harassment" is being diluted to meaning nothing the same as the word "racist" has.

It means anything the woman wants it to be. I was told this in an HR meeting. Women use this to avoid any form of criticism in the workplace.

That was then. In real time it's not helping. So they have to face the music.

The more the merrier. But I would wager for everyone to come forward there are 10 that don't or even want to. Some would just like to forget and other perhaps, the money was enough.

I certainly believe them as far as conservatives are concerned.

Are these folks being paid off? They seem to just be speaking out. And if harassed they need to be paid.

Now Matt Laurer got busted!! I don't think it's power. I think there are a LOT of MEN who have been out of line over the years and it's time to pay the piper. And all these guys getting busted are not denying. They have proof they did it. So it's not just women fibbing on them.

There is nothing more boring to me than claims of sexual harassment. I've never participated in it as a perp or victim. It just puts me to sleep.

The problem is that we have no good way to differentiate one from the other.

Certainly not in this day and age when most people just read headlines. Such is the reason for click bait and dog whistles. It's all about revenue, not necessarily content, or even truth.

    1. Allegations need to be THOROUGHLY checked out and investigated - we need to get to the truth, don't condemn an innocent man, and don't summarily dismiss a woman victim's claims. Huge company resources will now often be needed for this, but his is the new normal. Fox spent big bucks investigating O'Reilly, I believe.

    2. The world has changed, women are now being believed more than ever before (but see #1 above) - it's a whole new ball-game.....Human Resource Dept's ultimate nightmare. But "innocent until proven guilty."

    3. Blame religions that say women are inferior (the Abrhamic faiths, and Hinduism, for starters) for the underlying attitude/tone towards women. Jesus is still, to this day, fine with a woman being worth a mere HALF a man, or he'd have spoken up in 2000 years (if he was as ethical as I am, that is....maybe he's not.)
