You're talking about new law, that doesn't apply to old data because it used old laws not the new law. Plenty of boys get raped by women there is no threat or violience, that doesn't mean it's not rape. The metoo only start a few months ago. Your argument doesn't apply to old data.

It does. The guy had numerous occasions with consensual sex. He didn't use a condom at one point, so the government sees it as rape. This is a reason why the rape statistics skyrocketed in Sweden. They are constantly moving the goalpost on what they consider to be rape.

 

That is war/ISIS related. They say nothing how it is during calm tides of law and order. Except in Israel. They make an exception there, that it's just ugly for women. 40% of all women is a victim.

An Egyptian colleague told me that in 2017 a woman cannot cross alone a street in Cairo without being arassed.

 

I have been harassed one time in 26 years in Cairo .
Granted I don't live in the grittier parts of the city.
I don't consider wolf whistles harassment either.
I am blonde obviously foreign and do not wear a veil.
I feel after in Cairo than I do in LA.
