Someone was killed over the Dossier.
FBI had inside information from the Trump campaign.

We know that got the info about Page was wrong, it was made up. What did they know about Papa? How would they, Fusion or Steele, have known the Australian ambassador said to the FBI?

And that would be a crime, perhaps the reason he was demoted this week? This is just showing how bias'd and corrupt this FBI investigation has been.

Now who told Papa about the email hack IF, and it is still a big if, he knew about it before Wiki went public although that may not matter, I have no doubt people knew Wiki had something before they went public.

Anytime you hear or ready the MSN naming high ranking government officials it's either

    James Comey
    Bruce Our
    Lisa Page
    Peter Stzork
    Andrew McCabe
    James Baker

Did you notice how the message became all disjointed after Baker was demoted and removed from general council.

That's because baker was the leader who coordinated the message. Now with him out of power the cell is like a chicken with its head cut off.

No one claimed this was going to drop some big bombshell. It's mostly being used to negate some of the conspiracy theories being tossed about by republicans by using select quotes from the testimony rather than making the whole thing public.

Actually the Papadapolous stuff is very straight forward. He had a friend in Israel who told him that he had heard from a friend who had heard from the Russians that they had thousands of embarrassing Hillary e-mails.

The problem with linking this to the DNC hacking is that there are not thousands of DNC e-mais from on or before Papadopoulos supposedly learned of this from his friend in late April. Most all of the e-mails are from May/June.

Maybe the Russians were bragging about thousands of Hillary e-mails but in late April of 2016 they were not talking about the DNC e-mails.

So, do you feel any guilt or shame over pushing a phony conspiracy theory for months? Anything at all?

You Republicans all pushed a story that the FBI investigation was based only on the Steele dossier. That story was false. That point really can't be argued.

Now, you can be excused for being a party apparatchik who simply parrots whatever propaganda is fed to him. You don't know anything unless TheParty (the RepubliRussian party) tells you to believe it, and you're proud of the way that no impure thought is ever allowed into your head.

Your leaders in congress and in the media can't use that excuse. They knew their story was totally fake, and they still peddled it. Conservative leaders got some 'splainin to do, concerning why they all lied so brazenly to the public.

The NYT times also has some 'splining to do. Months after the FBI was investigating Trump's Russian connections, the NYT frontpaged a story that the FBI was doing no such thing. We knew that the NYT was turfing stories unfavorable to Trump, but we didn't know before that the NYT was faking stories outright for the benefit of Trump. They were shilling for the GOP harder than anyone imagined.

Yes I agree that Papa knew about the fact Clinton and/or DNC emails were floating around is jkt an indication he was colluding with Russians on behalf of the campaign.

This thing is like a replicating virus. The Fusion documentation (an offshoot of the dossier) will have lots of circumstantial evidence. Should be interesting to see if the Trump presidency will be threatened. Trump-Mueller faceoff should also be interesting. Don't think Comey is as righteous as he claims.

I know because I reject the concept of time travel. The FBi was investigating the problems with P. months before the dossier came around.

Cult tactic. If a fact destroys your conspiracy theory, simply handwave it away.

How does that have anything to do with anything?

You clearly don't react well when you're forced off-script by unpleasant reality. I suggest you run back to your RepubliRussian masters to get some help with dealing with this latest catastrophe. Your old talking points are all dead, so you need some new ones.

As far as explaining the lies goes, just shrug and say "Look, we're Republicans. Everyone expects us to lie." That's the only excuse any Republican ever needs.

so tell me what so called conspiracy theory does this release discredit?
all it did was make the FBI look even more corrupt as in why is the FBI telling some foreigner working for the Clintons and DNC that they have a mole in Trumps campaign?

    It's a word Trumpee hates.

That's why he so often goes in, little gun ablazin', then pulls out -- like from his tramps when he was fighting his own personal Vietnam.

And yet, as I read through page 99 several things(namely Sampson's lawyer preventing him from testifying on basic questions, such as who specifically paid him) makes me want them back under oath. Much was left unanswered, and the Committee should not in any form have been satisfied.

You don't have a clue what you're taking about. Trump's financial records have nothing to do with his suing buzzfeed and fusion gps for defamation. The discovery, in this case, would be one sided and there would be no carte blanch perusal of The President's financial records.
