Trump says he would have run in without a weapon...

The only identified witness says Trump showed up after it was over.


"But the only identified witness of the mugging, Kathleen Romeo-Nunez, said Trump had no role in stopping it because he showed up just as it was ending, the Daily News reported.

"He came at the tail end of the event," said Romeo-Nunez, who was 16 years old at the time and had just come out of a store on 45th Street in Manhattan.

She added Trump had "no opportunity" to intervene.

"A car pulls up, he gets out, people acknowledge his presence," she said. "He's looking around, seeing what's going on. Then he got back in and left."

Romeo-Nunez said that the mugger was already fleeing the scene as Trump's limo arrived, and the two never spoke to each other."

Color me shocked.

LOL A multi-times draft dodger would run into danger without a weapon (or even WITH a weapon, which he probably doesn't know how to use)? Running on bone spurs is pretty painful. Which probably explains his constant golfing, the "sport" for lazy people who tool around in carts. The only reason he would have ran into that school is because teen girls are in there.

 

Nope, belief in something doesn't make it true. Trump believes he'd rush in unarmed. He does believe it. Most of us would hold that thought and ponder a bit, wondering if we would or wouldn't. Not Trump. He's not capable of thinking that deeply. He has it in his head that he'd rush in and confront the shooter. He really believes he would. Of course if he ever was in such a situation he probably wouldn't do something so foolhardy. But afterwards he would rationalise his actions and his previous belief would be replaced with another belief. I doubt if Trump understands reality.

 

Hey now.... You can put Trump back in his hole anytime you like, but ya gotta leave golf out.... It's a sport, needing solid hand-eye coordination, flexibility, and muscle memory. Sure, it's not aerobic like many, but the current belief is that walking 18 holes of golf covers a minimum of 5 miles (more if you suck), which isn't chump change (and my preferred way to play on courses that still "allow" walking)... Now, when you add the cart to the equation like our svelte quasi-President, then it basically stops being exercise.

The man hides behind secret service agents when a car backfires. Do you really expect ANYONE to believe he would have run into that building without even a firearm. He could have been holding an AK and he would have still hid behind a secret service agent.

 

It was on Howard Stern telling about a guy who fell off the stage at his hotel and there was blood all over the place and he ran away because it was disgusting. What a jerk
