I dont know what morals you are talking about. Definitely not the morals of God family and country.

 

This stuff is all man made gobbledygook...mankind writes their own story and justifies anything.

 

“God family and country” committed ethnic cleansing against the Native Americans, put nooses around Black necks, locked gays and “hysterical” women in mental asylums to torture them until they conformed. It fought tooth and nail against laws legalizing homosexuality and illegalizing spousal rape.

I am basically talking about the God family and country I know of. That would be from about 1945 on, and especially in my teens in the 50s. We did the pledge in school and many prayed. We had No mass shootings. Families went to church on Sunday, and we all had dinner together at night. There was not violence on TV, and there were no violent video games. Drugs were mainly just in big cities. And children were taught right from wrong, and if they got totally out of line they were spanked. And--------------------they did not grow up to be ax murderers contrary to what the left thinks today. Parents were parents and not friends.

 

Another thing that occurs to me in the Traditional America I grew up in is the fact we were not overwhelmed with criminal invaders. We enforced our immigration laws.

We had traditional republicans and democrats that loved the country. We did not have to deal with radical left socialist, marxist or what ever you want to call them that are screwing up the country these days. No mobs in the streets looting and burning. IMO that explains a lot.

 

And spousal rape was still legal in most states until the 1970’s. “God, family, country” folks fought tooth and nail against it being made illegal.

The folks you are looking up to locked people in prison or mental institutions for consensual sex.

 

You nailed it. The R's killed the unions and sent jobs out of country with free trade agreements.
Forcing mom's into the workforce, killing the family.

 

The republicans killed unions, shipped jobs out of country, keeps the min wage below markets levels, forcing moms to abandon their kids and go into the work force.

And we did not have people looking under every rock to find something to complain about to tear down the country just like what you posted.

 

Actually the unions and their crooked bosses killed the unions always demanding more and more. But then im sure you wont admit that. It made all union made products so high price that people couldnt afford them on one pay check.

I do not pretend to be a Christian because I am not a Christian which is neither here nor there but I just wanted to clarify that. That said, my benevolence ends where God is mocked or worse denied. It ends at hypocrites who claim moral superiority and virtue all the while living vile immoral lives. It ends at those who actively promote evil by deceit and chicanery. It ends at enemies of America and liberals/progressives are no less enemies of America than al Qaeda or ISIS.

I know. I just pine for the days when society was successful when we had segregation. I yearn for the days when women were second class citizens of society was so successful. We should not have progression we must have regression

Actually it was social acceptance of divorce that killed the American family. That and social acceptance of premarital sex which inevitably undermines marriage.

 

We had Jim Crow and lynchings in the South. Among other wonderful things that are less common now. We had open racism and less than wondrous treatment of women.

We made a lot of progress in the sixties that evil liberal era. We made a lot less since 1980 as conservatives denied discrimination, poverty and hunger existed in the US.

 

I know, women should have been forced to stay in abusive marriages. Men should have been able to rape their wives.Ah, the good old days.
Yes premarital sex is disgusting..yuck! It should only be for procreation (sarcasm alert) how does it undermine marriage?
