The deal right now is whether the woman gets to make her claim.

Besides her words, she is under a gag order that EXPLICITLY prevents her from divulging photos, videos, written communication, and ... await for it ...

... PATERNITY information!

There is also an indication that the gag order included enough discovery that the Trump side may have at least some of this material.
