Because Trump is president she would face no breach of contract judgement for 3 reasons:

1. Preset agreed penalties generally are never upheld. The most common examples are lease agreements that state some massive automatic penalty if the lease is broken by the tenant. While contracts may have such language, that does not mean they enforceable. Nearly anything can be put into a contract. That does not mean it is enforceable.

2. You can not have a penalty against someone's free speech rights in a POLITICAL context. Because Trump is president, all she has to do is in anyway frame her statements - verbal or written - in a political context.

3. There can be no enforceable contract about illegal conduct. In fact, since prostitution is illegal, threatening her with a $20,000,000 lawsuit if she tells her claim that Trump engaged in the illegal activity of hiring her for sex constitutes criminal blackmail and extortion - which obviously no court would uphold. The lawyer could be disbarred or even prosecuted just for the threat.

Simply put, there will be no lawsuit against her. That is just a lawyer's buff. Lawyers threaten lawsuits that couldn't possibly win all the time. Nor could such a lawsuit starve her out as hundreds of lawyers would represent her pro bono for the publicity of it.
