American patriots grow a pair in the OC to take on the radical left in the Hermit State of California.

The Seal Beach City Council will be taking on the "Hermit State" (California) obstructionism and sedition tonight challenging the socialist /anti-Constitutionalist in Sacramento.

California has declared that they are above the law and the U.S. Constitution and declared the entire state to be a sanctuary state and will prosecute any city, county, employer or citizen who drops a dime on illegal aliens or cooperates with federal law enforcement who are enforcing federal laws that protects Americans from criminals.

The city of Seal Beach will be using the oath of office they took "to defend the U.S. Constitution."

In California liberals, progressives and recoquista-socialist will label anyone who supports and defends the U.S. Constitution as a raciest, xenophobe or a deplorable and since January 1st, 2017 will actually prosecute and send someone to prison for defending the U.S. Constitution.

The fight begins "Behind the Orange Curtain" in Orange County, California.

It's going to be a tough fight taking on the "Hermit State" considering that rule of law patriotic Americans are out numbered two to one in California by the anti-Constitution radical left in the "Hermit State."

We'll see what happens tonight at the city council meeting.

There was an update on this story this morning.

Los Alamitos councilman to state lawmakers on sanctuary law: You’re ‘bullying us’

A city councilman who proposed getting his tiny city exempted from California’s so-called sanctuary law says state legislators are “bullying us into violating our oath of office.”

“This is our way of going on record saying we’re going to comply with the U.S. Constitution,” said Warren Kusumoto, whose proposed ordinance seeking to opt out of the new law goes before the City Council tonight.

“California legislators are bulling local elected officials into violating our oath of office,” he said Monday.

The state law in question, SB-54, also known as the California Values Act, limits cooperation between federal immigration authorities and local and state agencies.

The councilman seems to be an American of Japanese decent.

It is indeed bullying. The local lefties are trying to compel them to break the law.

Not unheard of for the left to pull things like this.

Just two cities North of me, they are right next to all of the heavily Mexican areas of OC (yes there are a few cities) that when you enter, Spanish is the primary language.

Seal Beach is the last "little surfer town feel" beach in OC, I am not surprised the fight is coming from there to be honest.

    I'm not surprised.

Sanctuary cities equates to high crime rates.

Seal Beach is a small city behind the "Orange Curtain" that is run by Republicans which means a low crime rate.

The Seal Beach city government is putting the safety of its residence above illegal aliens and liberal political correctness.

You all may not remember when the Feds would pay the locals to hold illegals after their release date until they could pick them up. They found out the jails got full so there was no room for criminals and the Feds didn't have the money for it.
So now the Feds just catch them, give them a hearing, and put them back out on the street.
    Much cheaper.:clapping:

California is lost. I feel bad for the Americans (who actually care about USA) who are in that mess.

Luckily I was able to get out before it took this serious downward turn.

There's no doubt that California has gone off the deep end and that they will have to be dealt with.
