There was no warrant for Kate's killer before he shot her. But it sure didn't take them long to get one after he was released for not being convicted.

He was released from San Francisco County Jail on April 15, 2015, and had no outstanding warrants or judicial warrants, as confirmed by the San Francisco Sheriff's Department.[20]

What about the 25% of Democrats who oppose abortion ? Do you refer to them a DINO's ? No you don't.

In fact the "New Left" liberals and progressives are the real Democrats In Name Only. (DINO)

WTF did ICE think was going to happen when they carted him back to California on a 20 year old drug charge.

Cute, but I'm not sure it will catch on.
To those 25% I say you are entitled to your feelings as opposed to trying to beat them into submission.

Abortion should have never been politicized or became a federal matter.

Those on both sides who made it an one issue when going to the polls have hurt both political parties.

I used to kind of mock the idea, but seriously, perhaps the time has come for a legal division of CA into two states.

If this can be done legally and peacefully, it makes more sense all the time.

Agree 100%. The sticking point for me is taking tax dollars to pay for them. As for me, I have a better solution. After you've dropped your first welfare baby, on delivery of number two your tubes are burned. No deposit, no return.

    Remeber before welfare reform ?

For every baby a welfare queen popped out, she was awarded a bigger welfare check every month.

I remember when an unmarried woman on welfare having 6, 8 even 10 children, each child having a different father got a pretty big welfare check every month. It was more profitable to stay at home having sex than holding down a job.

****ing for free tax payers money.

Explains why so many blacks today don't know who their father is.

The left believes that taxpayers should pay welfare mothers for each child she has with no cap on how many babies they have.

Liberals call it racism when a cap is put on a welfare queen on how many babies she can have.

The Most Discriminatory Law in the Land
It was based on a racist stereotype of unfit black mothers. Today, family cap laws do nothing but punish the poor for being poor.

Only in America where you get paid for ****ing and having kids and the only obligation is that you have to vote the Democratic ticket.

Yep.............but it's not just black women, not by a long shot. There's a ton of mud sharks out there, and just pure ole backwoods white welfare queens.

So in other words if the Federal Government passed a law that made it criminal to discriminate against gays, they couldn't "commandeer" state governments cooperation in enforcing that law either?

There's a reason why so many illegal alien women are pouring over the border.

Isn't marijuana against federal law? Is so how can States legalize it? And some cities in States where marijuana is illegal are not following State laws in regarding marijuana. So it seems that States and cities can do whatever they want to.

States routinely violated the 14th Amendment and the federal government didn't do anything about it.

The way for feds (and historically true) to make states comply with explicit federal laws is to hit them in the pocketbook and withhold federal funds. As YES, it's constitutional. Remember the 55 mph speed limit, and 21 year old drinking age?

It is similar for sure, however Marijuana states have put this measure to the people and the Democratic process. They've received enough support to put it on ballots, and the people then voted on it, and it passed. In this regard, the Federal scheduling is not only wrong...but against the wishes of it's population.

The peoples voice has to be listened to, it's our society.

California is a lost cause. La Raza has infested it, and corrupted the election system.
