Meanwhile, the larger majority of the country in the middle truly doesn't care.

 

The biggest question is was she threatened into signing the NDA. If so the NDA is null and void and Michael Cohen will be fitted for an orange jumpsuit.

Cohen appears to have gone to ground lately as more legal scrutiny is being focused on the terms of the contract.

Since Trump provided no consideration to either of the other parties, it is difficult to legally say he was a party to the contract. If Trump was not a party to the contract there are no damages because Cohen cannot suffer damages from defamation of Trump. In fact, it is arguable that Cohen could profit from the defamation of Trump by gaining more Trump business.

 

Do you really believe Cohen never received compensation? On it's face that alone is laughable. Either way, they are lying about that or it was an illegal campaign contribution.

 

The real hypocrisy comes from the Evangelicals. I could care less about their [Clinton or trump's] sexcapades. But I don't claim my position is one of divine superiority.

Here is the real elephant in the room: The evilgelicals say that christianity is all about forgiveness. So they forgive him.

But any real christian will tell you, you have to show remorse and contrition for your sins. Trump just lies about them. So in a nutshell, evangelicals have forever conceded the moral high ground. They have reduced their position and religious mumbo jumbo to a pathetic joke.

It is common knowledge that Trump is a lying degenerate, so it was not newsworthy.

As for his cult, he scoffed that he could shoot someone in the middle of Fifth Avenue and they would not care, so they are certainly not about to suddenly develop moral scruples about this tawdry behaviour.

The only news arising from it is that Trump is not sending hysterical pissy tweets.

Then, when the details started coming out, and the lawyer admitted to paying her off, the FanBoys were all, "Well, at least she was good looking ...." or "But ... but ... Clinton ...".

Now it's, "Well, we knew he was a dirtbag when we voted for him, so that makes it OK ...".
