The only reason women have abortions is because they WANT to have a baby in the future

If a woman really didn't want to be pregnant, there are surgical procedures she can undergo.
(In fact they'll do this procedure in a county clinic for $50, so don't try to say it's about money here)

So... the only reason women have abortions is because they WANT to have a baby. Now it just comes down to a matter of when they want it.

Maybe they'd rather start the little bundle of joy a year and a half from now, so they abort the one that didn't come along on her exact timeframe.

Or is it a matter of the woman not wanting to have the baby with the man she's currently sleeping with?
Maybe he's great in bed but she knows this one isn't father material.


However you break it down, the reasons aren't that noble. It's a far cry from the usual refrain that "you shouldn't force a woman to have a baby if she doesn't want one".

She wants one. She just doesn't want it NOW.

Pro-life isn't about forcing a woman to have a baby, it's about inconveniencing her timetables.

In case you haven't noticed, women can have an abortion for any reason they choose... and it sure doesn't need to meet YOUR criteria for "noble"....

many reasons, some want to not have any more children, they already have enough
some are natural abortions (miscarriages) <-- most women have many of these abortions during their life time
some are not ready to have children
some were raped and do not want a rapists child
the list goes on

 

Miscarriages do not require or use your brain as a female. It is a natural way the body says yes or no. It is not the woman's choice any more than her choice to have been raped.
If you are not ready to have children, then why did you have sex? Are you and animal or a rational thinking human being? You took a risk. End forced child support if you really feel that way. NOBODY should have to pay as a PUNISHMENT!
And if you don't want any more, then maybe you aught to pick up a book and see how babies are created.
Rape is the tough one and I see the point. However, it is like you robbing a bank and then throwing your sister who was not involved into jail for it while you walk free. The fetus did not rape you, someone else did. I do understand that once the child is born, you can hand it over to the state and walk away 9 months later. That is a compromise I can give in this reasonably rare occurrence. The child is not at fault for the actions of the father.

 

Because that's what normal humans do and have done since the beginning....human nature won't change to accomodate you..

Taking a risk does not mean you have to accept the results.

No one pays as a punishment, they pay because the child needs support.

The raped woman isn't at fault either...

 

Thinking rational human beings realize there are multiple reasons for having sex, procreation is only one reason. I am really tired of antis saying "Just don't have sex!" Really, has that ever happened in the entire history of mankind? And now, our current government is preparing to throw millions of dollars down the drain in a drive for abstinence. These programs have been tried before and failed. People are programmed to have sex.

 

Or women could make some effort to try to avoid sex with men who they would feel uncomfortable having a baby with, if the situation came to that.

The other option, women can just play for the other team, since progressives tell us gender is all just a social construct and it doesn't really matter...

What’s the inconvenience? Only nine months of pregnancy and the discomfort and health risks and then raising a child for 18 years? Such a minor Inconvenience (sarcasm alert)

 

If you’re not ready to have an accident, why drive? Just as silly. People have sex for pleasure and sometimes a pregnancy happens . Why is sex only for procreation? Women aren’t suppose to have sex..and enjoy it? Never!
