now if congress would have ratified it and made it a binding treaty it would be binding couldn't be undone by a presidential signature

And once again: Trump's Secretary of State has confirmed Iran has followed the agreement.

Every time the JCPOA has come up for renewal since Trump was elected, the Trump Administration has confirmed Iran has been abiding by the agreement.

Trump has confirmed it SEVERAL times.

Trump is acting on his Obama Derangement Syndrome. He is acting out of spite toward Obama. He can't stand that Obama was successful in getting Iran not only to halt its nuclear weapons program, but to actually REVERSE it. This drives Trump insane. It does not fit the Fox News bullshit narrative which directs Trump's stream of consciousness.

Iran could still choose to keep the deal with the other countries - then other countries use propaganda that the USA can not be trusted in deals, pointing to this in future

2) Most of them probably didn't even know it is called the JCPOA.

3) The parroting rubes have never read the JCPOA for themselves.

4) The rubes have no idea that Iran has fully abided the JCPOA.

5) The rubes were given the impression by their lying propagandists that Obama was the first President in history to make an executive agreement and that he acted unconstitutionally.


The lying propagandists absolutely depend on the massive willful ignorance of the rube herd in order to get away with their agenda. They have carefully and deliberately dumbed down the rube herd so the poor saps don't catch on just how badly they are being lied to.
