    May 16, 2018 — Testing advanced lung cancer patients for all of the possible genetic mutations that could be driving their cancer at once is more cost effective than testing for one or a limited number of genes at a time, U.S. researchers reported Wednesday.

    My husband is getting the immunotherapy for stage 4 lung cancer. The results have been so encouraging, It had spread to his adrenal gland and his lymph nodes and brain, The brain sounded the scariest to me but radiation has a 90% recovery rate. It’s np it brain cancer but a different cancer that metastized..it’s different That’s what Jimmy carter had
    Last visit his adrenal gland was perfectly normal and his cancerous lymph nodes have shrunk. The amazing thing about my husband does not one hint of a symptom that he is not well. Luckily they found it early because he had fallen while jogging and they discovered that in shock and trauma ....
    Each infusion is about $15,000!We have Medicare and what Medicare doesn’t pick up our secondary does

    How often do they do infusions?

    Every three weeks.I guess after a few more months they will see how often he has to get them

    Thanks...he is an amazing man! He is also very funny and he’s milking the cancer bit to get whatever he wants.:)
