Due process always applies to anybody physically in the country, If you send someone home you are depriving them of liberty in order to do that quite surely.

Due process is our ONLY right, without it no others really apply and in depriving some of it you deprive EVERYBODY of it . Trump wants absolute power and is trying to strip us all of all our rights here. What is the MATTER with people that still support this power mad maniac? Can't they SEE what he is trying to do? or are they that blinded by their unreasoning hatred and xenophobia.

I'm not convinced. I do not believe November comes, Trump and the Republican Congressmen will start shooting people for looking Mexican. I think, all the law abiding Mexicans can be at ease.

 

All those who somehow make it onto our soil, yes, They are our responsibility. It's a universal human thing to take care of extremely young and helpless children and not throw them into prison. That Trumpers defend throwing children into prison is yet more proof that Trumpers take pride in not having regular human sensibilities and yet more reason we truly MUST unseat as many of them as possible in November, for ourselves AND for our children
