Papa John’s, KFC, & Chick-Fil-A, who’s the biggest racist?

When CEO John Schnatter blamed slipping Pizza sales on the NFL players kneeling during the national anthem, it may have been a stretch, but didn’t the NFL have fewer viewers since Kaepernick started the kneeling protests? As the former Pizza sponsor of the NFL, was it really out of line to connect the two?

I thought the backlash he received for that comment was ridiculous.

Now he really got himself in hot water for saying that Colonel Sanders got away with saying the N-Word.

I had no idea that Colonel Sanders used the N-Word & I love KFC.

Now Schnatter definitely should not have said the complete word, but was he wrong to address this situation?

Chick-Fil-A is not welcome in Boston because the owner donated money to a Christian group that opposed gay marriage.
As far as I know Chick-Fil-A never refused to sell a sandwich to a gay couple.

I don’t think the Chick-Fil-A owner did anything wrong. He didn’t refuse to serve or hire anyone based on race, or sexuality. A lot of people still believe a real marriage is between a man and a women.

They are tearing down monuments all across our country for confederate soldiers and they are also going after some of the most important former presidents of our country.

The Thomas Jefferson statue was vandalized at university of Virginia & there have been multiple protests about him being a racist.

How does the Colonel get away with using the N-Word? Not to mention he wears a white suit.

Papa John gets into trouble for saying the same things rappers say thousands of times. Go figure that one.

Since the founder of Papa Johns tried to convince others he was not a racist by using a racially charged word, he was probably compelled to step down by the other executives.

Seems he had a series of failures for several quarters and his latest gaffe was the last straw.

IMO, powerful shareholders/board were likely looking to put a fresh face on the company's marketing, or maybe even remove the personal "founder identity" entirely as other food companies like Dominos and McDonalds do and have, and used this "tempest in a teapot" as the excuse to enact that. If it wasn't this, would have been something else equally vapid and trivial. Now they get to virtue signal how they "addressed the horrible specter of racism" in their decision.

Perhaps we should apply the social tar and feather concept that applies to the N-word (which at one time or another I think everybody has used) to any other words that are generally derogatory and insulting to any group of people or individual of a group. That way, everybody would be "nice", and no matter how you acted, no one would dare say anything about anything..... and, we would all be better for that???

Opposing homosexual perversion is a form of racism?

Thats news from lib la la land

And there is no evidence to founder of Papa Johns is a racist

Merely mentioning the n- word proves nothing

Living in the home of both KFC and Papa Johns has given me unique perspective...especially on Schnatter. Having met the man and my wife had him as a patient. We both found him to be a rather pompous jerk who thought he was "All That" and a bag of chips. Obviously never met Sanders because HE IS DEAD and believe it or not the dude on TV is an actor in commercials. Chick Fila has pissed people off for wearing religion on its napkin and putting Jeebus on a sammich. Just like Hobby Lobby it is fine to be Christian, just do it in Church so I don't need to deal with it.

The obsession over racism began with pres obama, making it an issue. So, the democrats. Then when trump was campaigning in the primaries MSM and democrats took a statement where he said in regards to border control and illegal aliens, that rapists and other criminals come across that border into the US, which was a fact, and then in the same sentence he said that some good people come across too. But this was construed as racism, against trump, and both the dems and msm ran with something of their own imagination, trying hard as hell to make it fact. I watched it happen. They made their own assumptions, fact, or worked hard to do it, by repeating a lie over and over. It still is taking place today.

I guess when you cannot offer up intelligent ideas, responsible ideas to what trump wants to do, all that is left is personal attacks, using deceit and lies along with spin. Old as the hills, right? This tactic of deceit and confidence games? Driven by hatred and partisanship.

It is very transparent and hopefully we have the majority of americans seeing through what MSM and the democrats are doing.

Speaking of dismantling -- For years it was the border, yesterday it's the statues, today it's the corporations, the schools and colleges have long been lost to extremists, and tomorrow it will be the churches. Some wise American patriots have finally woke up and that is exactly why they voted for Trump.

    Good point !

I added Chic-Fil-A after I started writing & then just added their name to the title, but I should have also
Changed racist to “who is more prejudice”.

The last few years have emasculated the word racist. It is now thrown around and used by those that have no real argument. Still good for playing the race card though.
As for the three fast food joints, all have great food but,in my book
Chick-Fill-A wins hands down any day of the week. Too bad it's Sunday or I would bring some home for dinner.

I don’t recall Chick FIL A or Hobby Lobby requiring anybody to shop there. Could you find that quote for me, please?

You have obviously never eaten at Chick Fil A sp? Its a cow eschewing the virtues of "chiken" over beef on the wrapper not Jesus and they don't proselytize at all. The only religious thing they do is not be open on Sundays. There is nothing religious in their stores at least where I am and they hire gays and lesbians and I bet I could even find some atheists and Satanists as well. What the owners do with their money is their business not yours. If you want to boycott them then good luck because you better take a look at anyone and everyone who owns significant shares in every corporation you buy from or you are being a complete hypocrite.

Papa John's just sucks period and I don't know how anyone could possibly eat that shitty sauce of theirs.
