    From the NYT:
Memo Shows Kavanaugh Resisted Indicting a Sitting President

    Congratulations, America!

We're creating a modern aristocracy. The old one was British, and we shed it with a Revolutionary War in 1776.

This one is more insidious. The three powers of American governance - the Executive, the Legislative and soon the Judicial - shall all be in the hands of the Replicants!

With Donald Dork as King ...

Sorry, the high-up officials shouldn't be subject to the same type of legal procedures as everyone else.
You think just any old prosecutor and any old judge should be able to have the legal power to arrest the President, for example?
Not only would that simply be non-pragmatic and senseless, but it could also potentially pose a danger to the political structure. The fact of the matter is, some people are simply going to have more legal protections than others.

Quite right, and for a PotUS the process of impeachment is that conducted upon Bill Clinton, which had no consequence. But it was the way to do it.

The impeachment of Bill Clinton was initiated in December 1998 by the House of Representatives and led to a trial in the Senate for the impeachment on two charges, one of perjury and one of obstruction of justice.

Nope, and at each level the appropriate process is in place ...
