    2017 Guadalupe Hidalgo Immigration Act.

    1. Mexican or Spanish folk, that have dwelt for 7 consecutive years, in the former territories of New Spain, which are now part of the United States of America, and are known as: Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah & Texas, whom have no criminal record, in either the United Mexican States or the Kingdome of Spain, also having no criminal record in the United States of America, have a right to Life, Liberty & Property, but are forever barred to become citizens of the United States of America or too vote in an election, hold public office, be beneficiaries of state or federal programs, nor can they hold the title of Police Officer or Sheriff Deputy or act as public servants.
    2. The states of Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah & Texas have a right to bestow, or not to bestow, licenses of any kind, to individuals mentioned in article 1.
    3. Existing immigration laws apply to all other States to individuals mentioned in article 1.
