Unless someone is shot (at), it's not something you can find as it doesn't make the news. However sometimes you have a drunk banging on the wrong door or sometimes it's someone visiting or otherwise relatively new to the area. While I can't give a link, I can share a story of my mother when she was a kid visiting her sister and she accidentally went to the wrong apartment.

The witness closest to the incident didn't hear any knocking. Ultimately, this doesn't affect me. Whatever the investigation finds, I'll be satisfied with. Who knows, maybe she turns out to be a serial killer and this was her next victim. I'm just here saying that the details surrounding her story isn't that hard yo believe at face value.

 

When has a black person in Texas ever had a fair trial, either as a defendant or as a victim at the hands of whites? It is not a fair trial when the cop lovers flub the case against a killer cop. It is so easy to prove that the killer is lying that it is pathetic. Show the prominently displayed signage from the garage that shows that she was on the 4th floor instead of the 3rd floor.

You simply do not just enter a wrong apartment with lights outside that bright, number on the side lit, you sober coming from work,... without noticing it. There is no way you be looking into some iffy dark apartment as if it's a cellar. She also wasn't preoccupied or anything according to herself. Stop making freaking stupid excuses up.

I never said that the DA will present the evidence that shows she deliberately killed the guy. He will cover it up and let her off with the lightest possible charge.

Her shooting so far according to evidence that is on the table and not under it, is manslaughter. Absent some evidence to show she has lied like her bloodwork testing positive for marijuana or her lock or his showing an entry or closure where her story says it shouldn't or witnesses coming forward with sworn testimony instead of news rumors, etc it should remain so if they want to convict.
