Tough, pollycy. The FBI has not been able to do a full investigation as opposed to back ground and spot checks.

Do you understand that "Pollycy tried to force a SEX CRIME on me decades ago?" should be investigated?

Why do let the woman be destroyed but protect the man?

guavaball must be confused: it is the FBI not the board member who investigates the evidence, and the guavaballs of the world simply do not tell the FBI how to do its job.

What I find unusual, is that if two boys tried to assault me and I got away, locked in a bathroom, why would I leave the bathroom, thinking they could be anywhere just waiting for me? I would NOT leave the security of that bathroom and then think I was safe once I got outside on the street.... that is really unusual to me. I would stay in the security of that locked bathroom.
I would surely not leave my friend in that environment. I would call the cops to help her or any other woman who is still at that dangerous party. But she just goes home and says nothing? My crap meter tells me something is wrong with that story...

You were the one who claimed there was evidence. When I demanded you post it, you ran.

There is no confusion about that.

I will have no sense of relief until these votes for confirmation by the full Senate are safely recorded. Remember, these wretched, scumbag, radical Democrats pulled the 'Blasey Ford' scheme out of thin air, and I would not (NOT) put it past some other low-life Democrat creep like Feinstein to throw up some other roadblock to take its place....

Hint: did you know that a venomous snake can bite you and kill you, even after it is dead?

Well, Cellulars weren't available at the time. So the only real way to contact police would be to use a wired telephone. In the house where the alleged attackers are. Yeah...kind of risky(and this is me entertaining her story.)

But you'd think she'd actually tell her friends in real time about the attack. Safety in numbers.

Try getting an 'ordinary' top-secret security clearance sometime, Jake. You'd be surprised how deep, and how far back they go into your life, even if you aren't being cleared for a higher-up position in the government, but only a fairly routine employee in a Prime Contractor corporation, and/or, an enlisted man in the military.

In my case, which had nothing worse in it than a couple of speeding tickets, they went back to my high school and thoroughly sifted my background even as far back as that. They did at least that much SIX TIMES for Brett Kavanaugh, and if he was a chronic, drunken party-boy who pulled sex-attacks on high school girls, they definitely would have found it.

No, Jake, this has all the hallmarks of obstruction, defamation, libel, and slander ALL OVER IT. If Blasey Ford is lucky, she won't be sued for libel... but if she is, she'll lose -- guaranteed! At this point, she would do well to go home to her cushy little hyperliberal, 'ivory tower' existence in Palo Alto and continue her life as a pampered, liberal Democrat college teacher "happily ever after".... :hippie:

Yes, pollycy, this has all the marks of GOP obstructionism, defamation, libel and slander EVERYWHERE.

Now we turn this over to the ultimate court of opinion, the November elections.

    I watched.

    I believe Ford NOT Kavanaugh.

Ford's presentation was factual and logical.

Kavanaugh's was all emotional and deceptive.

If you could not see through K's method then you don't understand Rhetoric at all.

Kavanagh LIED YESTERDAY when he was testifying. He stated that while in high school in Maryland he could legally drink THAT WAS A LIE!!On july1,1982 the state of Maryland raised it's drinking age from 18 to age 21.Kavanaugh did not turn 18 until February 12,1983.This proves that Kavanaugh not only lied but did not even know the LAW IN HIS HOME STATE.So much for the brilliant judge. He could NEVER LEGALLY DRINK WHILE HE WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL.

The witnesses she said were there deny it ever happened.

That's enough to get the case kicked out.

She didn't leave anything out. The Republicans didn't ask them. They wanted to know who paid for the lie detector test.

That is a horrible argument. Law enforcement agencies investigate false leads all the time.

We can't even call it a 'false lead' though. Where'd it lead to? So is Ford going to accuse EVERY man in America until she finds who wronged her?

What an insane abuse of law enforcement powers and a farce.

If what you were suggesting was so, AN, but it is not.

    Have the investigation.

She is claiming that Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her. What is your BS question about? No other way to defend your argument?

BTW, I am convinced that the Republican hired prosecutor would have proceeded in questioning Kavanaugh and witnesses if given the opportunity. Republicans had to shut that down in a hurry. 3 question sessions in they took a break and iced her.

Email and telephone calls 'criss crosses' the country. Agents in the closest office do the interview. The people you don't find, you don't find. The people you do find, you interview. There is no excuse to do absolutely nothing.

How many accusations of sexually predatory behavior did Sotomayor acquire in those 66 days?
