From your failure to cite any of the relevant aspects in your links it is clear that you did not read them in their entirety.

That the defense attorney was no present in a closed hearing pertaining to the handling of DNA evidence by the OKCPD across multiple cases is a red herring. None of the other defense attorneys were present either. It was obviously a closed hearing in order to determine what, if any, significance could be attached to the allegations regarding the handling of the DNA.

So that establishes that there is no concern about the way the DNA evidence was originally handled only that there will be retesting done which might impact other cases.

UNLESS the results of the retesting are DIFFERENT there is NOTHING here that would alter the evidence and the guilty verdict.

Furthermore the DNA was NOT the only basis for the guilty verdict since it pertained to only ONE of his multitude of victims. The testimony, GPS and warrant call evidence still stands uncontested.

Worth noting that Holtzclaw was UNABLE to produce a single fellow OKCPD officer who was willing to testify on his behalf as to his character and integrity. That alone says volumes about the kind of person that he was.
