    In One Party Socialist nations, all power is held by the ruling elite, here in the US, there is a system of checks and balances. The Senate confirms the President's judicial appointees. The Senate had every right not to bring Garland up for a vote. ---------- If you want a new law, have it passed in Congress.

    What rules did the GOP change? Reid went with the nuclear option first, Garland wasn't considered because of the Biden Rule....so I am curious how the GOP is to blame for following the Dems lead here....

    They seem to be dummies because Supreme Court justices don't live forever. And should one or two resign while Republicans are in control of the executive branch and Senate this will occur again.

    The only way to prevent Constitutionalists from serving on the court is to overthrow our system of government and set up a far left autocracy.

    They plan to do this after a Dem takes the house/White house and the GOP doesn't have enough senate seats to filibuster.
    By the time that happens, they will have forgotten about the idea.

    It was never applied to SCOTUS, it was done because the obstructionist Republicans were refusing to let anything through congress.

    They then refused to even hear Obama’s SCOTUS pick and are now saying if the situation is reversed they will ram their candidate through.

    Flawed meaning a president not elected by the people
    People have a tendency to get pissed when their votes are not counted.
    The left is ok with illegals stealing votes and the right is ok with gerrymandering and systematic stealing of votes.

    Winning elections is not the solution to stopping the Democrats. Eventually they will win and will change the system so that they will always win.

    But the real problem is that the Democrats have given up the system, they are claiming the system in general is broken and illegitimate. They have given up all pretense of following the system. They are going to work outside the system, that means they are going to get violent and the "disrupt and delay" is going to get much worse.

    The solution is for the nation to reject the Democrats, reject "progressivism".

    The most partisan districts in the nation are Democrat Districts drawn by Democrats.
