He hits back, and he was correct-and the court agrees.

Then clearly you don't follow or have a working knowledge of social media. And what concerns me most of all, is you make this statement after spending time here since 2009 and haven't grasp the concept that Twitter and PF is/are ONE IN THE SAME, lmfao :)

Welcome to the realm of hypocrisy, and I hope this has been a learning moment for you :)

I have a Twitter account. I’m not the one beefing with a pornstar while holding an AARP card though.

Your argument: women feel abused if they are not grabbed by the vagina, or if they are not sexually assaulted by SCOTUS judges?

How much of a screw-up is Avenatti as a lawyer?

The outcome of his legal skills is a prostitute having to pay money to a politician.

I doubt that's the case, especially considering that Stormy is now denying that she ever had an affair with Trump. I'd say it's more the Legacy Media, desperately looking for any kind of ally to use to attack Trump, that is corrupting the judiciary. Now the whole thing has blown up in everyone's faces and Trump's coming out looking like a winner, something I gotta admit I never saw coming.

Good Lord, the Dems hitched their star upon a prostitute. Not that Trump's any kind of saint, but you'd think the Dems would have demonstrated SOME kind of vetting of her before putting this lady out as their standard bearer of sorts.

You can grab them how you want when they let you. As far as the judge, those false allegations make you look worse and hurt women more

Lol. You are probably right. Stormy isn’t going to be able to retire her rear “end” anytime soon. Her performance locations will probably move from mansions in the San Fernando valley to the ghettos of south central though.

No, my simple friend, I am not suggesting he was a frat boy. I am saying that the frat boy mentality permeates a significant part of the halls of government. They act like frat boys in virtually all they do.

So they follow the law? I don't understand what you are saying? What issue of the law did you think the Judge got wrong? What does being in a fraternity have to do with the first amendment as it relates to defamation law? Please, explain....

You might be right that the point of law the judge relied upon is accurate and strong. I must admit I have not read a word of the case but what's in the newspapers.

So you and he might be right, or you might be wrong. Unfortunately Brett Kavanaugh is not the only moral midget to inhabit our judiciary.

What does Justice Kavanaugh have to do with the ruling? What do you mean by "moral midget" as it relates to the case at all? Specifically, since you have not read it?

BK has nothing at all to do with the case. His having perjured himself several times before Congress with no consequences whatsoever is a good indicator of the moral turpitude rampant inside the government. Does that turpitude extend to the case at hand? I don't know, but if the truth could be known (it cannot) I would not be surprised at all if this case is an example of the political influence involved. The Swamp extends also to the Judiciary.

    Can judges be bribed?

Instead of wild theories, with no evidence....why don't you try sticking to the subject...and maybe read the opinion of the Judge, and then if you have a question of law, discuss...I mean...that's what a rational person might do, that was serious

This is an online forum. People entertain all matter of conjecture and opinion--that's why we come here.

Why shouldn't I speculate that the judge in this case might be a Trump aficionado?
