According to Fort Russ, the Russian media is saying that it was a lone attack, when the eye witnesses are saying there were many masked men and explosions?

Regardless I could see the criminals in Kiev jumping for joy that they have finally succeeded, when so many of their terrorist attacks and provocations in Crimea have been thwarted.

Russian media and officialdom are presently engaged in what appears to be a ‘cover-up’ of the events today at Kerch College in Crimea. Fortunately, the live reportage on Russian RT at the time of publication, still reflects most of the inconsistencies which FRN previously reported on, which points to multiple professional gunmen, not speaking Russian, wearing ski masks.

It is premature to speculate beyond the basic outline of what motivations Russia may have to cover this up, that this is an act of terrorism carried about by a Gulf Monarchy or Ukraine, or their allies, for example, meant as a provocation – for example – with regard to the conflict in Ukraine. It is too early to make any definitive claims, but given the eyewitness testimony we covered in our last piece, and what we reproduce below, it is clear that those present are aware that there were many gunmen involved.

We'll know if the Russians are covering up the attack when an attack occurs in Ukraine. You just know Putin is not going to let this go.

That's true. It will be interesting to find out what the motive was. I'm sure bullying goes on everywhere.

It's a very complicated region. Many people who fought with Ukraine live in Krim. There is an atmosphere of war.

So it's possible the attack could have been politically motivated?

There is an information that he was a pro-Russian activist. May be it's a fake. I am not sure. There is one strange moment here. The ratio of killed/wounded is 1:2. It's too high and very strange. It seems he was a great shooter. Or we don't know something.

Putin will do everything to avoid war, since it's what the US wants. This is why he's trying to cover it up - but it's coming out. You have to look at it from his point of view. There are many in Ukraine who are against the criminals in Kiev, and the hope is that they will eventually overthrow them and regain their country.

Why should Putin go to war and alienate them and empower the American supported criminals? This would also hurt Russia economically when it has everything to gain with peace, and everything to lose with war?

So you believe Putin will not retaliate against Kiev in order to keep this terrorist act covered up?

There have been terrorists attacks in Crimea before, but they have been thwarted. The difference now is that the American military is heavily involved in Ukraine, and they brought a lot of expertise with them.

If it's a Kiev's guilt they some persons will be dead soon. He destroyed all main terrorists of Caucasian. They lived in other countries. But Putin will not start the war, I hope. We don't need Ukraine now.

Yes! He's done it before. It's a provocation and done with the hope Putin will respond, something which will only hurt Russia. It will also alienate Ukraine, at a time when the political map is beginning to change.

What Russia will do, is find out who the culprits are, and deal with them individually as well as the ones who instructed them - other than the Americans since he doesn't want a world war.

To understand how Putin thinks, you have to pay attention to what he says and not what the media says. When the US and EU imposed sanctions, he said that he will never respond to anything in a way that will hurt Russia. So he stopped EU imports, and began to build up Russia's own industries.

Russia then became more self sufficient and wealthier because of it, while the EU lost billions and a market they will never regain.

Not according to the witnesses. Anyway publicizing the terrorist act is not good for investments. Better to make it a lone shooter.

It would appear to be a single 17 year old shooter armed with a shotgun and several home made explosive devices. He was apparently a video game playing social misfit who hated the school its teachers and his fellow students.God knows we have had plenty of them here in the USA over the past 20 years.
