    I went shopping for groceries today and bought a container of tahini hummus. Also bought guacamole and pork rinds which I dipped in both.

    I just checked - but they only ship via UPS. I need to use USPS and will check the other online sources ...

    Get some Lyutenitsa too. It's better than humus. You can put Lyutenitsa on a piece of bread and put slices of Lukanka on top. GODLIKE

    Sorry Bulgarica, but yoghurt was not invented by the Bulgarians. Yoghurt was accidentally discovered by Neolithic people. They stored their milk in containers made of animal stomachs. The stomachs contained enzymes that fermented the milk into a form of yoghurt. Since yoghurt lasted longer than milk and had a distinct taste the accident was duplicated again and again. The Mongol hordes lived on yoghurt and raw meat they softened by placing it beneath their saddles while they were on the march, conquering much of the known world, including Bulgaria.
