"An investigation into sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh by multiple women found that no witnesses could provide evidence to substantiate their claims, a letter to Senate Republicans from the Senate Judiciary Committee chairman said Friday.

According to the 414-page report released by Sen. Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, investigators interviewed more than 40 people, monitored social media and news reports and reviewed evidence provided by the judge and his accusers.

“Following the separate and extensive investigations by both the Committee and the FBI, there was no evidence to substantiate any of the claims of sexual assault made against Justice Kavanaugh,” the report states."

Kavanaugh deserved to be approved because their was no evidence proving the accusations true, however there is also no evidence proving they were false. Hence no proof that Democrats lied.

The preponderance of evidence is that Ford lied. The Democrats merely acted like jerks and tried to destroy a man without evidence. Thats WORSE than lying

Sure he never drank, until everybody said he did, then he changed his tune. He even claimed to have been a virgin until he was married, in his forties.

We all know that crybaby Kavanaugh was born into a wealthy family, and like little Georgie Bush before him, was a drunken frat boy. He became a judge, for payment for being a political operative. There is nothing honest about him.

But then conservatives apparently don't like honesty, preferring to pretend things are other than they are.

 

I wonder what the real reason the liberals got so triggered by kavanaugh. They were pretty loud about roe v. Wade which makes me think that wasn’t the reason. I’m sure his answers to Graham’s line of questioning raised some eyebrows. The freak show that was put out there for the world to see tells me kavanaugh is the right person for the job.

Years ago I would occasionally listen to Mark Levin, just to get a whiff of what he was about.

One of my brothers, a high school dropout who drives a truck for a living, began quoting Mark Levin. It got to be everytime I spoke to him, all he wanted to talk about, was what he was hearing on shows like Mark Levin's. It got to the point where he was too weird to talk to. The last time I saw him, it was at my mother's house. My other brother was also there, who is also on the dark side, as is my mother.

My little brother, the high school dropout, thinks, that he, and the likes of Mark Levin know more than the whole of the scientific community.

Anyhow, I had some pictures. They were taken in September, in Colorado, when the aspens leaves change their color. It was a big thing to my mom, growing up. The pictures I had, taken in the 1960's and 1970's were on Kodak paper with date stamps. There was snow on the ground, as the first snow used to always come around the same time. On this particular occasion, it was mid November, and it had yet to snow that year, as has become the norm. I placed the pictures on the table, telling my brothers and my mother, here is proof, the world is warming.

It was rather humorous, as they angrily tried to tell me how ignorant I was.

 

I find a lot to like in Lavin. His knowledge of the Constitution and founders is deep and worth listening too. Though he can at times go of the rails with his partisanship. So it is always best to listen then verify.

I bet you you would love to exclude me from the forum. After all you must get frustrated as I point out the silliness of your arguments.

I once was falsely accused. Incidentally, my accuser plastered the back of his car with right wing slogans.

Thing is, liars tend to not be too bright. Between my accuser and the the police officer, who just happened to be friends with my accuser, just couldn't get their lies to match up. Of course I was helped by the fact that the prosecutor was a bumbling idiot, I had a good lawyer, and, I'm sure, the judge shared my class sensibilities.

In the end, I was acquitted without having to offer a defense. Not only was I acquitted, but the judge also cited wrong doing on the part of my accuser, and the officer. The prosecutor was fined for a rule violation. I wrote a letter to the sheriff's department detailing the documented lies the officer had told, in his police report, and during my trial.

In the alley behind my accuser's place of business, homeless people would camp. One day their cooking fire got out of hand and burned the place to the ground, putting my accuser out of business.

I beleive in the justice system. I'm sure, in a trial, in a court of law, crybaby Kavanaugh's credibility would have been destroyed, by his lies, and his behavior.

 

No one deserves to go through what Kavanaugh went through. Had Ford reported him to the police the police would not have arrested him. Had he been charged and came to court the judge would have dismissed the case due to lack of evidence. Now we got two females who admitted they lied about Kavanaugh. If you think Kavinaugh is guilty then it's up to you to produce the proof. This is a clear situation where common sense should have been in control. But to gain power the democrats will revert to uncommon sense. They should be ashamed at how they attacked a decent man. How can anyone support such people who made fools of themselves to the nation on TV.

As horrific as the politically motivated reputation rape of Kavenaugh by a corrupt Dem Party leadership was to watch as it unfolded and was gleefully backed to the hilt by a blatantly leftist loyal Mainstream Media and as much sympathy as I had for the judge and for his family members at least it politically backfired on the Dem Party's leadership by galvanizing countless ANGRY Right of Center citizens to get off their backsides and go out to vote in this mid term election. So some good did come of it.

 

News flash. Nobody was 'destroyed'. Kavanaugh was not entitled to the job in the first place. He had to earn it, and that means going through a thorough enough vetting process that satisfied his employer. In this case it had to satisfy 51 Senators. If an additional hearing and a supplemental investigation of charges involving sexual assault was required to get 51 votes, then that is what needed to happen. Stop whining.
