I'm surprised that in a liberal city like that, you'd have a right of center local news team. For the most part the local news near me is rather neutral. I refuse to watch any national news, my blood pressure can't handle it.

 

Dems have to have a "blue wave" just to even things up after losing well over 1000+ seats across the board at local, state, and federal levels of power SINCE 2010. Pay attention.

So, the disconnect seems to be that you don't understand that at the time, the 1930s, radical left wing socialist all adhered to the principles of Eugenics. Because that was the rational "scientific" explanation of human existence at the time that literally everyone from Hitler to Franklin D Roosevelt believed in. So, to varying degrees of adoption, those principles were used both in your country to justify the Hollocaust and in this country to continue to segregate the AAs.
