    Cool.

The most amazing concert I ever saw was back in the early '90s when Philip Glass was performing with a multimedia performance artist whose name I wish I could remember. The music was really good but the performance artist was astounding - the visuals were mind-blowing. I've never seen a concert anything like it...

Do You Know? - Diana Ross

This is such a beautiful song in my opinion. It is of introspection.

Here's a good combination. First there is the classic song "Blood Type" by Victor Tsoy:

This is a lyric video that includes English!

Then there is this modern song by Filatov & Karas which samples and adds to it:

The first song sounds like Modern English! The second sounds like The English Beat mixed with Yaz. Thank you Durandal!

    Listening to Puerto Rican danzas:

    Laura y Georgina
    Suplica
    Mascaras Alegres
    Perla Del Caribe
    Sara
    La Generosa
    Conversacion
    El Torbellino
    Tu Y Yo

many hundreds more were created over the years by composers such as Juan Morel Campos, Rafael Alers Gerena, and Rafael Hernandez Marin - generally acknowledged as among the finest genres and compositions in Latin American history

The Great Gig in the Sky - Pink Floyd

This is one of the most misunderstood songs by Pink Floyd. It is NOT about physically dying and going some place, it is about Narcotics usage, especially psychotropic ones, in a quest to achieve the ultimate high aka achieving the ultimate consciousness. I say this because all Floyd albums, up to and including "The Wall' were about former band member Sid Barrett who lost his mind due to his use of psychotropic narcotics.

I was listening to this last night - Same song, three different versions...

My wife saw Queen three times when she was a schoolgirl. She said they were awesome in concert but at the time her and her young friends didn't really grasp what the name of the band was about until Freddy Mercury pranced out onstage in a bustier. :roflol:

    LSD, in particular.

There's an interesting show running on AXS TV's "Docs That Rock" series that covers the making of Pink Floyd's Wish You Here, which is all about Sid Barrett:

DOCS THAT ROCK: PINK FLOYD – STORY OF WISH YOU WERE HERE
    http://www.axs.tv/news-and-docs/pink-floyd-wish-you-were-here/

If you're into Pink Floyd you'll really enjoy it (I did).

I liked that series, too. AXS has kinda picked up where VH1 left off with its documentaries.
